Well I tried to figure out the voice actor for Vic by looking in the VC manual but I couldnt find his name. I did find a character called "Supplier" and I was thinking for a minute that it could be vic but the voice actor is Armando Riesco and I dought he voiced Vic in the intro.

I also heard that it is deffinetly not gonna be on any other system, only PSP.

I was just thinking about how Tommy didint get shot at all while everyone around him died and then I thought...would if all the bullets were blanks and the whole thing was a set up on Tommy's part...it could be possible. Then again in the cutscene you see the bullets hitting off the ground and what not. If you watch closly when everyone is getting "shot" you cant really tell if they're really getting shot. You dont see blood or anything.

Maybe just the planned bail of Tommy Vercetti will be mentioned.

Yeah the Bike Salesman odd job would most likely return at Howlin Pete's Biker Emporium and then the car salesman would return at obviously Sunshine Autos. The Jetski would most likely be an odd job, "Jetski Playground" maybe.

I'v made 6 stunting videos I know how hard certain stunts are. SA Stunting takes barely any skill unlike Vice City Stunting.

Maybe Phil was jelous of Vic and when Vic told Phil he was in the marines Phil just said he was in the military so he wouldnt feel left out or something.
