What this means is you have to swap over some of the game's files so the mod will work. You'll need a tool that can open the file that has all the game's textures in it, gta3.img. I recommend you download TXD Workshop, which you can find in the Tools section of the Downloads area. Then you'll need to open gta3.img in your VC directory and find the files that need swapping over. Right click the .txd file and click 'replace', then find the folder that the mod you downloaded is in and select that. Repeat for the .dff file if it's necessary. This is the most simple way that came through my head. I apologize if this doesn't help.

Basically all I did was go to my girlfriend's house, gave her flowers, a card, and a DVD THAT I HAVEN'T ACTUALLY RECEIVED IN THE MAIL YET kiss and then we sat around, watched videos on Youtube, went to McDonald's, etc. But I got a fluffy bear, a balloon and a card and that made me happy.

You could try changing your graphics settings to the lowest settings. That might help, maybe.

Best script mod EVER. You should be able to find it on GTAGarage, although I'm not sure whether it's on there anymore.

The 'hesoyam' cheat just gives you full health/armor and $250000. The 'infinite health' cheat is 'baguvix' or something, and I think it only prevents damage from getting shot. Surely you wouldn't have to use cheats if you're using a trainer? o.O
