On my Old Save Game, I had about 5,000 and then went up to about 6,000 in my current saved game.

They might have more Racing Missions atleast where you can go off-road, On a Highway, or any place were you can race would be good.

Mostly what you have to do is Take all the Business Empires in VCS, You will unlock most Businesses like Drugs, Robberey, or Smuggling and you will be able to have new weapons i think, I have to check on that.
