ha ha, i remember demarest from gtaforums, he was a fucking asshole to everyone, he got banned for pissing off the admins i think and since then he seems to have dissapeared completely. dont worry though, because i think i may still have the timevault mod installed on my old pc. i will have a look tomorrow so watch this space...

my sister dumped her 8 year old son with me a few months ago so now its up to me to disipline him. he was totally off the walls because my sister had never told him off once in his life. anyway, he smashed a plate over my girfriends head, so i smacked him hard on the wrists, and sternly told him why i had done it. that set him straight and he has barely put a foot out of line since. thats the problem with most kids today, discipline is not established at a young age. smacking your kids is ok, they will relise they have done wrong. beating them to within an inch of their life is not ok, thats just taking it to far for whatever they did and they wont understand why its happening, and its just cruel. like urban outlaw said, you need to show them whos the boss, and teach them some respect. if more parents would just discipline their kids, we wouldnt be overun with mouthy teenagers who are stabbing and shooting people for no reason, or hire hitmen to kill their parents.

(just so you all know, im in a very bad mood at the moment, and taking out all my anger on politics and the establishment) anyway, last year i remember some politician dickhead saying how we shouldnt celebrate 5th of november aka bonfire night anymore, because it wouldnt be politically correct, and it might offend imigrants and ethnic minorities. i have nothing against imigrants coming into our country, but why the fuck should we change our traditions just to keep other cultures happy??? these politicians are stupid, a lot of people from different countries acctually join in with our celebrations. i also hate the fact that in some places of work, christians are not allowed to wear the cross, but if you are part of another religion, you can wear any religious item. guess what you stupid politicians, christianity is a religion too, why can we not wear religious items??? the way i see it, anyone of any race or religion can come into this country, but they must respect our traditions and religion. and nearly all of them do. i dont know why the government cant see that , bunch of arrogant, posh bastards just incase you didnt notice, i think political correctness is a load of shit. well thats my little rant over for know, but what do the rest of you think about political correctness??

Used to see that on the news every night. Has it calmed down much or just being kept out of the news? Hope things have calmed down, would like to visit someday (1/4 Irish). yes, it certainly is a lot better now and deffinately safe to visit, there are still some areas in belfast and londonderry you should keep away from, and the odd fight does occur sometimes. the best way to avoid trouble is not to piss anyone off, because they just might come back with a gang of heavily armed guerillas. but anyway you really should visit the place, its great.

northern ireland used to be very dangerous, especially in belfast. some of the rioting you used to get was insane. its a lot better now but it still has some big problems. if you live there have got to be carefull what you do, say, and even wear. if you get on the wrong side of the paramilitary squads like the IRA, you can pretty much kiss you and your familly goodbye.

the only thing chav scum understand is violence. you have to fight back. hit them when they are not expecting it, and dont be affraid to hurt them, then they will know that you are not a pushover, and they should leave you alone. never ever go to the teachers for help! 1. teachers may come across as caring, but honestly they really dont give a shit what happens to any one. 2. if you go to the teachers, the chavs will see that you cant fight you own battles, and will bully you even more. good luck man

they should have an Irish mob gang, something new to GTA, and its realistic because the irish mob have quite a big presence in new york. but i would really like to see a biker gang that actually ride around in groups.

what really pisses me off is the stupid american stereotypes of the UK. they went out of date about 200 years ago. i know not all americans believe these, but i have met a few ignorant people that do. they need to get their fucking facts right and come to britain a see what it is really like.

thats one crazy idea, but i know how you feel, when i was at school i used to skive off a go walking around forests and countryside, camping out for a few days and living off the land, my mum didnt mind me skiving cos she knew i had totaly given up on learning at school. and know that i have left i do a lot of traveling around britain and ireland, just at weekends and while im not working. and i love it, and i am planning on going around europe, for about a month. when i can get the time off work. yeah i share your veiw on the meaning of life. do whatever you want to do.

i always thought edinburgh was a pretty safe place, but i have never been there so i wouldnt know. and you must very lucky, because when i went to glasgow some thug with a baseball bat tried to mug me. but i managed to leg it unharmed.

No, they are not just guys trying to be hard, they are real criminal gangs, that are dealing drugs, gun running, doing drivebys, and fighting over turf. Glasgows gangs have been around a lot longer than any gangs in LA. gang violence in glasgow has been around for hundreds of years, and many of their gang names today are the same as they were back then. yes there are a lot of young, middleclass, twats that are just trying to act like gangstas, but there are also many real gangs, that are dangerous and have come from a poor upbringing. and how the hell do LA gangs show originality? they embody every stereotype of american black gangs.

not just firms anymore. there are many street gangs in the UK that are similar to american ones, a lot of the gangs in london and birmingham are black, and have the same gangsta style as american ones, and lots of them are armed to the teeth. in glasgow however, most of the gangs are white youths, most are poor and pretty much have nothing to live for, thats why they start killing because they have nothing to loose. and the ignorant british government seems to think that only black people are in gangs, so while they spend all their time trying to stop black gangs, the white gangs are running riot, but the government just calls that "antisocial behavoir" *sarcasm* thats why glasgow, and many other cities in the UK are so fucked up, because the government doesnt know shit about what really happens on the streets.

unfortunately mate, most relationships with others at school, are nearly always based on looks, not personality. ands its hard to ask out girls in school because you dont want to look like a looser in front of others if you get rejected. i always had trouble talking to girls at school that i liked, and yes i got rejected many times. but since i have left school, i find it really easy to talk to girls i meet, because i dont have to worry what others think if i get rejected. just wait till you leave school and you WILL find it easy to ask out the most uber hot girls of all time
