It's probably one of those "if you save it's unchangable" type of cheats like the riot one. Just start a new game or get someone's no cheat 100% saved memory card off the internet. This is a PS2 or XBox version right?

But Silberio, they say no planes and they don't want it so they don't get sued or something again. Why would they put an egg as a plane then that you can ride then? It doesn't make since to me.

E-eggs of planes are still planes... At the most of planes shown in GTAIV IMO wil probably be in a cutscene. But that's it...
