uninstall GTA VC, then go to local disc/program files/r* games/ and delete the entire GTA vice city folder, this way everything is gone. Now reinstall VC and no mods this time, MTA sucks donkey nipples

Xbox 360 isnt next gen, its a medium-high preformance PC. You can see some high preformance PC and xbox360 comparisons in gamespot with games like prey, oblivion, etc. PC wins. You want a next gen? get a PS3

Its much easier to buy a PC version of VC, you have to buy a mod chip, etc, for a mod on the PS2 to work and it cost a lot of money.

Clothes in SA was good, but highly unnessary, most people just bought clothes from binco at the start of the game and never changed the clothes ever again, plus, the loading was wayyyyy too long, It would take 10 seconds to load up a shirt. Just stick with the clothes packs.
