The flying files are the things that matter, so changing those files will make the cut up dodo fly good, at least that is what i think. Proof ever noticed when you put the all cars fly cheat in 3, they fly like dodos, when you put the cheat in VC, they fly like skimmer, and in SA, they fly like the planes. Darkel was a bum-terrorist in GTA3 that lived in the tunnel near 8-Ball's in Portland. In one of the missions for him, you were suppose to fly the Full-Winged dodo into the love media building, but this was a recreation of the 9/11 attacks. Thus, R* removed Darkel and the full-winged Dodo so no one can recreate the 9/11 attacks. Things that were removed Darkel (removed) Curtly (removed) Blue and white cop car (now black and white) Full Winged dodo (auctually, it is files changed) That is all i know of. NOTE: The Dodo is hard to fly because of the flying files, not because it has clipped wings. IF you havent noticed, put the All cars fly cheat in Vice City and the cars in the air handle like the skimmer. Put the all cars fly cheat in San Andreas and they will handle like the planes.

You dont need "Never wanted Cheat". Its quite easy to stay alive in there, i did for 40 minutes because it got very boring. Note: You will be stuck in there, so there is no way out alive. One thing i would like: When i put hydrolics on a car, there is NO ability to use the horn agian. I know, the horn does not do anything, but i like horns. Anyways, when i add hydrolics, the horn button should be moved to the R3 button.

Person123, when skating, be very careful when doing grinds. I heard of a guy that once fell on his nuts while doing a grind and one of his nuts needed to be removed.

-mabye a classic up-down view like in GTA3. -When im using Peds Riot Cheat, they should have very strong weapons like rocket launchers like in GTA3. -there should be a taxi outside the hospital/jail when you die on a mission like in Vice City. -One specific type of ped should drive a taxi, not random peds. -when i cut people with a helicopter blade or a chainsaw, there should be blood on the screen, and when i fall into the water, there should be water on the screen like Vice City. -pizza delivery and ice cream side missions agian. -strong gangs lke in GTA3. -Some gang members should be by themselves like in GTA3. -When i killed someone, went a little far away, then came back, i should see a white lines shaped in a body where thier corpse used to be. Bring that back -newspapers and leaves should be floating in the wind like in GTA3 and Vice City. -All the RCs should be in mini games like Vice City.
