Sure San Andreas had car chases, shoot outs and foot chases with peds, but this is all completely random! Some rifas started punching me, i saw a cop walking by, and he did nothing. thats not true i used atleast 15 tank cheats because i wanted to get the FP/EP/BP cheetah. I put all the tanks in a row on the road. I finally got the cheetah and saved. I loaded the game next day, and it was fine.
