Well, you can buy Cheat Devices like Gameshark, Action Replay Max or whatever it's called for PS2 but you have to buy them which is the bad thing. Some just like the LCS PS2 version only because it's on a bigger screen. That's pathetic if you ask me.

Well, as the mission starts, Cesar calls you to go to Verdant Bluffs and him and CJ sees some Ballas, Smoke, and Ryder take out the same green Sabre that killed CJ's mom and Smoke and Ryder talk to Tenpenny about something but you can't actually hear them. CJ reacts really so he's more surprised at Smoke and he mentions barely nothing about Ryder. I guess he was more concerned about Smoke. Edit: Scythe summed it up before me.

Ryder may have had something to do for CJ's mother's death but he turned to the other side with the Ballas and it looks like Smoke was just persuaded by Tenpenny to work with him or the Ballas also or something and then that's how the Ballas crawl all over Los Santos including Grove Street (The street, not the gang).

No, there isn't a law enforcement vehicle that has radio but maybe there's a mod that can do that.

I think you mean the Sabre Turbo. It has random different colors so that really isn't clear what you're saying but it is a good getaway car especially when it's bullet-proof after the take over of all 30 Empires.
