Did you just Right-Click and hit Delete on the file? If so then "peds.ide" may be still in your Recycle Bin if you haven't already cleared it out, should check there first. If you deleted it by using "Shift + Delete" then just take Husky's advice and reinstall your game.

I have Left 4 Dead for the 360. I also have it for PC but I can't play online do to couple of reasons . Anyways I'll probably still get Left 4 Dead 2 but it doesn't look like much has changed looking at some gameplay videos.

To be honest, I don't think it can be done with Peds without the game crashing, I have tried before. I know it can be done with adding new cars and not replacing the old ones with some tools. I can look it up and see if I can find something, maybe someone by now has found a way to do it without the game crashing.

That's the default location that Vice City is installed to. Unless you put it somewhere else when installing...

You'll need to use a program like IMG Tool 2.0 to put some mods into the game like Cars and Skins. With it, open up the gta3 file which contains all the in game textures and models for Peds and Cars. The gta3 file is located in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\models.

Hmm, for SA-MP it usually is the d3d9.dll file that causes the internal error. If you have any mods installed, you should remove them (May have to re-install) since SA-MP doesn't really support them now. If you have no mods at all, I'll look up the internal error and see what I can find.

I have seen an error like this before along time ago but can you say which Multiplayer your trying to load? SA-MP or MTA:SA? The problem might be another mod your using. You could try this, Look though your San Andreas folder and see if you have a d3d9.dll file which are usually from other mods if I remember, I may be wrong. If you do, make a copy and put it somewhere else just to back it up. Now delete the one in the folder (if you have it) and try loading up multiplayer. I had a problem like that when I first played SA-MP a while ago

The Tampa was in the Games code but never actually appeared in Lost and Damned expect for when you see it in the opening scene. You can see it when the lost drive by the Pay n Spray, its the car that had its hood up.

Sounds like it could work as long as you get just the important parts of the mission. Maybe even show an easy and faster way of completing the mission as well since most missions allow stuff like that. Take the Mission Roman's Holiday for example on Lost and Damned Instead of driving to get him, you can just .

If you really want to make some type of game like GTA, I suggest buying one of those Game Makers like RPG Maker XP/VX or something else or better. With some editing in the scripts, You could probably make what ever game you want but won't look that good since their graphics are like what the first Final Fantasy game looked like. That's as close as you will get unless you completely mod your GTA game. If you want a mod that replaces San Andreas with something new. Take a look at Gostown6 made by some members on GTAForums.

Experts for the Portable GTA's is a good idea since most people who get LCS or VCS on the PSP just want to use the Cheat device more then anything else. Just one thing though, LCS and VCS were both ported to the PS2 with a few new things added and bugs fixed. Well I guess in the end, they are still considered the Portable GTA's.

Those suggestions are good but I agree that there should be a little more in the GTA3 era since it covers more then one or two games. Would GTA Chinatown Wars be Considered the GTA4 era in this case?

I found aiming for the Gas Tank leveled up the weapon skill a lot faster then just shooting at the car itself. That's probably just me but you could always give it a shot and see if does or not.

Well my Xbox 360 decided to finally break on me a week after my warranty Expired. Well here's what happened. I was playing GTA4 for about 15 minutes when I noticed the Colors started to go all odd looking, Switching between blue and red. About a couple seconds after that, I lost the picture and soon after the Audio went with it. At first I was hoping it was just the A/V cord so I borrowed my friends for a couple of seconds and still got nothing when turning it back on. So it ends up its the system itself. I phoned customer support and guess what, I get the guy who can hardly speak English... Anyways, I tried explaining the problem to him and he kept going on that I probably got the RROD problem. I told him I still get the green lights when turning it on. After about 20 minutes of trying to explain to him what the problem is, he goes on about something about the A/V cord, I think he said Video Card Failure but it was hard to understand this guy. He puts me on hold for about 15 minutes and I get someone who can speak English a little better, So he ask for the all information on the system so I could send it in to get repaired but he tells me that my Warranty Expired last week... Well the call ended without me finding out how much it would cost to get it repaired. So what do you guys estimate the price would be to get the system repaired?

They should still work after the patch since it would be kinda pointless having to start all over again. One of my friends patched his copy of GTA4 when it first came out and he seems to be still playing his Saved Games, the only thing is that It blocks the use of Modified Files Online.

The Quality of posts and Mood are good points same with the Length of advice/expertise. Posts with good Spelling and proper words make me keep reading. With Mood, I like to see who who can help and get a point across without getting pissed off at something small that someone said or start arguing with other members. With Length of Advice, I also do like reading advice that is a good length but sometimes I have seen people just seem to drag on the same point which sometimes just makes me stop reading and move on to the next post. I would post longer myself but since I'm not really that fast with typing. By the time I get something down, Someone else has already beat me to it .

I have to say that I like this idea. It forces members to work towards this privilege then just waiting around or becoming friends with the staff like you said. Another thing that was said is that the Experts should also work to keep their privilege by helping people in need of help and etc... You wouldn't want to choose someone that does help a lot of people around the forum then they suddenly stop. I did have a suggestion but Thomas basically already asked it. That's the Garage you take Stevie's Text Message Cars to though Niko's phone. The Garage will only open up when you find the car he wants so just check your text messages and see if you have one from Stevie and find that car in the message. There's 30 cars in total he wants.

Been waiting a while now since Lost and Damned was released to find out if Luis was going to be the next protagonist, now it appears he is. I also noticed that they didn't put the IV in the title like they did with Lost and Damned.
