i just beat hte game...my playing time was 22 hours...i roamed around alot

you can turn alot sharper and do quick spin turn arounds

i found another place that jet skis spawn,, really hard to explain where it is though

you have to take over an empire that is either a smuggling or robbery mission to unlock it
