i downloaded it, but i am too stupid to get it to work. i was wondering if anyone could help me out i also attached the cheat device files for anybody that wants it CheatDevice21.zip

that's happend to me more than once this is another glitch that has happend to me, i was driving towards one of my empires pretty fast(the textures wernt all loaded yet) , and i drove right through it, like the buil;ding wasnt there at all. then right as i was driving thru the damn thing, the building loaded and i was stuuck inside of it.i had to kill myself to get out

NEWS FLASH sometimes if people call someone "mom" ,it doesnt mean they are the real birth mother i can name plenty of people that dont know there real mom or dad. so what i think is that vic and lances "mom" is actually like their dads girlfriend

How do you snap their necks, never knew you could do that. Oh and so you guys know, The Easter Egg isnt there but appears to be because of the way the window glitches when you look at it. It might be there but you'll need to use the VCS Cheat Device to step through the wall. The Cheat Device of which I dont have because its too much of a hasle. you snap thier necks by grabbing them from behind and pressing triangle

vice city is not the same as it was before, sunshine autos is reduced to a tiny car lot,and other ;land marks arent there. the malibu club is still intact. vic can now grab civilians from the front or behind and snap thier necks. vic is a way better hand to hand fighter than the previous gta charecters. swimming is all right, but the limited places to get back onto the land are a killer for me. none of the glitches really bother me very much,but the missions are way harder than b4

ok, i've never been able to have an internet connection with my psp,and i have no idea how to do it i really want to play vcs and lcs mulitplayer modes can you guys help me out

you cant get to the east island earlier,there is an invisible wall in between, so you cant swim there. maybe if a helicopter cheat was found, but the walls are probably in the air too

i'm not far enought in the game to get them yet

well sometimes when i got in the car,i'd try to pull up infront of lance and he'd jump in front of me... but anyways, i'm through it now
