And pedestrians don't drop money when they die, you need to search it from their pockets so it would make getting money bit harder.

Well i don't like too to have like 5millions or more if you are some unknown gheto gangsta . You could customize ur own house: Huge mansion with hedge mazes or little house with little garden.

I dont think Rockstar includes Estonia(I live here xD) it's so small country and no gang system here.

Cops will attack shooters not run away or not notice. Also if there is some gang war in street,cops would come there and end the thing.

you can crash in house with helicopter too..

well then some modders could make army planes what act like helicopters
