  2. For kidnapping cases, lots of them happened in taxis. individuals are sometimes kidnapped by unauthorized taxi drivers, in order to empty their bank accounts at ATMs. Victims are sometimes kept overnight in order to bypass daily withdrawal limits. As a general rule, if you are unaware of the route you are to take then you should only use official taxis from stands ("sitios") as these are closely regulated. So, that means the taxi would be interesting wouldn't them? another image of Mexico city, apparently taken in Santa Fe Business District:
  3. mexico? certainly not a bad idea, do you know that violent crime is also a major concern in Mexico. It had the second-highest number of kidnappings in the world, with some 3,000 reported cases. that would be something to GTA wouldn't it? here's a little picture of Mexico City, the capital of Mexico:
  4. what do you think about my sig? cool isn't it? the godfather logo with a japanese writing in it
  5. Blood city? i think that's o good name for philadelphia, knowing that this city has the highest murder rates last year so it would be relevant to make philadelphia as the location of GTA4, "Philadelphia experienced its highest murder rate in over a decade in 2006, with 406 murders in the city. Philadelphia, a city of 1.5 million, has more total murders than any other city in the country, including Chicago, Los Angeles, Houston, and New York City which have larger populations"

  11. wow, interesting information you brought there PS3 Player, however, scientists has proven since 1824 that the greenhouse effect is the cause os global warming, The greenhouse effect was discovered by Joseph Fourier in 1824 and was first investigated quantitatively by Svante Arrhenius in 1896. It is the process by which emission of infrared radiation by atmospheric gases warms a planet's surface. On Earth, the major natural greenhouse gases are water vapor, which causes about 36-70% of the greenhouse effect (not including clouds); carbon dioxide, which causes 9-26%; methane, which causes 4-9%, and ozone, which causes 3-7%. i believe that's a strong and tested argument, if you say it's not because CO2, that would be a total denial
  12. KILLING IN THE NAME ON - RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE this song rocks! nice guitar playin' from tom morello man
  13. try something different to make the fans happy but still original! i reccomend philadelphia, chicago or detroit for GTA4 location
  14. i have another location's suggestion for GTA4, that would be PHILADELPHIA Like many American cities, Philadelphia saw a gradual yet pronounced rise in crime in the years following World War II. Murders peaked at 503 in 1990 for a rate of 31.5 per 100,000, and they averaged around 400 a year for most of the nineties. In 2002 the murder count hit a low of 288, but by 2006 the annual total had surged to 406.[13] Out of the ten most populous cities in the United States in 2006, Philadelphia had the highest homicide rate at 28 per 100,000 people.[14] According to statistics from 2004, there were 5,513.5 crimes per 100,000 people in Philadelphia.[15] In 2005, going by these statistics, Philadelphia was ranked by Morgan Quitno as the 6th most-dangerous American city with a population of over 500,000 out of a total of 32 such cities. Among its neighboring Mid-Atlantic cities in the same population group, Baltimore and Washington, D.C. were ranked second- and third- most dangerous cities in the U.S. respectively, and Camden, New Jersey, across the Delaware River from Philadelphia, was ranked as the number one most dangerous city in the U.S. New York City made the safest-city list, coming in at number four.[16] Recently, statistics released in 2006 named the Philadelphia suburb of Camden, New Jersey as the 6th most dangerous city in the country, with St. Louis, Missouri taking the number one position. This is a notable improvement from Camden's 2004 ranking as the number one most dangerous city. Philadelphia itself took the 29th spot. Unfortunately, Philadelphia experienced its highest murder rate in over a decade in 2006, with 406 murders in the city. Philadelphia, a city of 1.5 million, has more total murders than any other city in the country, including Chicago, Los Angeles, Houston, and New York City which have larger populations. American Cosa Nostra is most active in the New York metropolitan area, Philadelphia, New England (see the Patriarca crime family), Detroit, and Chicago, but has members in many other major cities around the United States and also participates in international criminal activities. for more info, open this URL: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philadelphia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Organized_crime
  15. -turn off unimportant electricity; -use less heat/warm waters; -check your vehicle carbon emission; -support the law enforcer according the enviromental law; -recycle; -quit smoking; -tell people around you to care about the environment, especially about global warming. any more suggestions??
  16. i have no problems with homosexual, as long they don't try to messing around with women, that makes them bisexual. i can't imagine if i'm making love with a woman that has been fu**ed a gay. Being bisexual is so inconsistent. Makes me sick! so, this is for gay-man: !STAY AWAY FROM OUR GIRL!

  20. i don't agree if you're saying that adoption is bullshit you have no reason at all, you're just being emotional the kids may be separated from his/her biological parents but those adopted kids being adopted for their own good, for better future, better education with eligible step-parents do you have any idea why there are so many adoption in 3rd world countries?? it's because their parents can't make a proper living for their children, or even worse the kids didn't have any mother (because the mother died when she gave birth) just answers this, if you were an orphan, would you rather live in an orphanage or, you can stay with angelina jolie and brad pitt? i think every SANE person would choose the last option adoption must have a good reason
  21. In no way am I feeling guilty. People with huge poluting factory's can. But what am I really doing to polute? I just buy stuff, and I don't know of any polution that has happend by making the product I rather just not think about it. If I'd think about every single thing and the consequenses I'd probably be a vegitarian. But I love meat and eat a lot of it to. well Jace and CroScorpion, it's not about the blame game, it's a consequence of human exploitation on nature, we cannot deny the fact that all of us are the part ot it, human activity is the main cause of global warming, if you don't care then you don't care about the future of your kids and your grandkids, SO WHY CAN'T WE PREVENT BEFORE IT HAPPENS MORE AWFUL?? at least now, we can find a way to prevent we find a cure to global warming for example: what about making green areas in big city that produce huge pollution? (planting tree) if you're talking about eating meat then you're talking about whole different topic, it's about health, not global warming once again, it's not about the blame game the important thing is that WE HAVE TO CARE
  22. ah man, who cares, i mean the man was a freak, he's a fetish of necrophilia for god sake! and he's a cannibal! god damn man.. but i think he may be living in his private yacht in that carribean (2001)
  23. do you notice that the weather this day becoming more hot?? especially in tropical countries like Indonesia, for example let's pick Jakarta, city where i lived the temperatures reached to 38 degrees celcius! we can feel the sunlight more hot than ever can you imagine 5 years later? 10 years? or even 50 years later?? i saw an interesting movie that viewed global warming as an important issue, it's called "an inconvinient truth", an Academy Award-winning documentary film about climate change, specifically global warming, directed by Davis Guggenheim and presented by former United States Vice President Al Gore. this is a little description about the world's temparature:
