Try this, replace Hernandez & Pulaski w/ CJ's homies (game already has 2 "lost" homies, just re-skin them as the cops). Next item is to set police attention to off for the mission. "Reuniting the Families" has this feature although I'm not sure of the coding. It occurs that if you guys wanted to, you could make a mission before that one where you obtain the green Saber & dress up as Ballas for the drive-by on CJ's mom. After shooting, you have to escape Sweet & a load of pissed OGFs. Pendleburry is in the wrong place at the wrong time & sees Tenpenny get out of the car as the report goes over police radio & figures out what they just did, giving Tenpenny motive, means & opportunity. They wait a few days to get rid of the body & decide to set up CJ (Pendleburry is kept in a freezer & disposed of at a scrap yard) when they find out he's coming back to LS. You guys are going a lot further than I've had time to, keep up the great work.

Pete was handicapped. That's why Vic joined the Army, for dependent benefits to take care of him. Somewhere during VC Lance mentions his brother Vic being killed in the ambush. CJ - I liked him but he let things happen & didn't do much to control his own life. Right up to the last few missions he had Tenpenny running him. Vic - More like Tommy, made thing happen. Upon being called someone's "bitch's bitch" he started to do something about it. If he flew the heli & let Lance be the bagman in the beginning of VC, VC could have been a completely different story.l This should be moved to VCS.

That's when he realized he shot himself in the ass when he destroyed the warehouse the week before. I think you'd only have to change the locations to SA & place a building. The way it works in VC, he just added a gate to an existing building & the cars reset to 100% condition when you get out instead of waiting for the gate to close. If so, you could use a parking lot by one of the many apartments & maybe even a helipad or boat dock.

You can still get it, you just can't use cheats to do it.

I think you'll need to edit the width. There's a flag in HANDLING.CFG that tells the game to use dual wheels, 8th digit flag "af". Flag "ag" sets wheel width in the 3rd & 4th digits. They're written backwards, so where it says the 8th digit it's actually the first.
