Also have the 9 fixer missions. I think I have it, just a matter of doing ALL activities for each friend & the unique stunts each count for such a small amount that I'll need to do a few to see any difference. Thanks for the links. Too bad you can't invite multiple friends to one activity.

I'm looking for a 100% completion checklist. I'm currently at about 95%, have - 1) All friends still alive 100% like. 2) All 3 net girlfriends 100% like. 3) All cars for Brucie. 4) All cars for Stevie. 5) All races completed. 6) All most wanted (30) taken down. 7) All 200 flying rats found/exterminated. Last night I figured out the Cubed Video game counts toward completion.

I know it's a dumb question, but did you let him live when Francis sent you to kill him? I found him in the late afternoon, I think on the N side of his building.

It won't take long to make it & even less time to spend it.

Before I hacked CARGRP.DAT I got mine by taking one of the SF races, driving it to the Dorehety garage & failing the race. LS Vagos & SF Rifa drive them now.

So I took the first save from my shot at 100% & got to work. I was 1:12 into the game & had spent that first hour looking for weapons & took down an armored car, which only yielded $750 because the rest was under the burning truck. I figured out early on I could save a ton of time using taxis to get around & payed the extra to skip the trip. Even after managing to top off all my ammo capacities on a regular basis I finished the last mission right at 19:40, my save shows 19:51 or so since I toped off ammo/health/armor & picked up the Infernus from Bernie/Florian. I expected it to be harder, I think the taxi strategy made the difference.

That should be under Animations, it just means the game uses a default animation to show CJ getting in/out of a car. Frequency (Frq) sets how often the car spawns within the groups it's assigned in CARGRP.DAT.

It's been awhile but I think you're stuck w/ the car you started in. For early missions take a fast car (Bandit, Lakota, Orient or N29 work great). If you hustle enough, you can get an armored car unlocked. As soon as you can get it, the Bodog Stampede is the best car to use for distribution. What it lacks in speed is made up for in durability & a big damn gun mounted to it.

You know, this will never really be settled here. Not many American cars get to Europe & the European cars that are here are mostly US built representations. The same can be said about most of the "Japanese" cars here. I can say this, of the cars running around here in the Midwest US most of them over 15 years old are US built. But parts availability probably plays a big part in that. I can get any part for my F-150 from a quick trip to the junkyard off a wreck. I've had German cars that needed a part that might get shipped from Germany in 6 months & older Mitsubishis needing a simple ignition module that costs over $400.

Only once & that was because a virus got through & I ended up wiping & reloading my HD. That's when I installed a bigger DATA drive & used the original for a boot drive. When I install a mod, I back up ALL files that are affected so if there's a problem I can put the game back to original. Any models replaced are extracted (instead of just deleted) & saved in an archive folder so I still have the originals. Not bragging, just passing along a proven strategy for handling these problems.

What is this, some kind of whack-ass X-file? I noticed the attacker was charged w/ 2nd degree murder. So he got on a bus & decided to cut off someone's head on a whim? WTF!?!? I'd half expect this in the Middle East, but Canada? For all intensive purposes, there's not a lot of difference between most Americans & Canadians & when we do stuff like this it's personal & very pre-meditated.

Where is the lil's probe in (the UFO pub) sign located
Urbanoutlaw replied to The_Viking's topic in GTASA Modding
I knew that! Chris82 pointed this out in a similar thread for finding individual models. http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/file.php?id=763 -
Yes, if you know what you're doing. Find one of the SWAT peds & edit the model w/ CJ's face, then replace one of the outfits w/ SWAT CJ. I haven't played w/ this but if you can manually install a car you should be able to do this. One of the members good w/ models can probably tell you how to break down the ped to make Boots, pants & jacket to be placed in a store for purchase.

THE MOST FUCKED UP THING HAPPEND!

^^^ That's how I got my purple Infernus. I was coming back from picking the one for Stevie & went to park it by Roman's penthouse when I saw another parked just up the street. Parked the purple one & delivered the other. The other was from Florian/Bernie. -
Option 2. Open CARGRP.DAT & look for "Pheonix" listed in any of the groups, remove it & they won't show up. I edited that file to put some of the rare cars in traffic, usually assigned to rival gangs.

No. The MODELS & DATA files are fair game as they are the source of most of the mods available for download. Warez becomes an issue when you circumvent copy protection or crack the EXE file so you don't need a play disc.

Urbanoutlaw replied to The_Viking's topic in GTASA Modding
It's just SW of area 69, on the road the leads to the gates. Also, just below the "Big Ear" radio dish to the E. While you're at the big ear, pick up a sweet Sand King parked under it. -
If you played GTA Vice City, it's in the same lot as "Cabageddon" (The last mission from Kaufman Cabs).

Wow, & it's still hideous. At least the Ferrari has "cool" points.

MISSION HELP! Are You Going To San Fierro?
Urbanoutlaw replied to mattf007's topic in GTASA Gameplay & Help
Okay, try uninstalling 1 more time, but this time defrag your hard drive before you reinstall. I know it sounds dumb but I found that one out when I hat to reinstall awhile back & recognized some of my DATA edits. A defrag will overwrite any "empty" space, including areas that had deleted/uninstalled files. Otherwise Windows will find the old files & re-open them for the new install. -
Yank iron, period. Bear in mind I've been wrenchin' since the late '70s.

That one w/ the tricycle looks familiar....

It could be from one of the Darkel missions, cut just before GTA3 was released.

You're a bad citizen! So far I've found 3 instances of putting people in the trunk - 1 - 2 - 3 -
