I picked up a recent issue of Motor Trend (nothing better to read at the doctor's office) & found an interesting bit about a new car company, Carbon Motors Corporation. If all works out they'll soon be all over the US but you won't be able to buy one. They're police only & not available to the general public. This is so (theoretically) no one can use one to impersonate a police officer. They are to be delivered turn-key w/ all police equipment already installed & ready for immediate service. Features include full 360' video surveillance, back seat monitoring, "easy clean" interior & built in computer complete w/ touch screen built into the dash. As planned they will be sold under a contract to return them to Carbon Motors for refurb or recycling. They're are also designed for ergonomics & to withstand a rear-end collision of 75 MPH. I voted Jimi Hendrix because he invented a lot of what we (still) hear today. Stevie Ray Vaughn was one of the few that can accurately play like Jimi & did proper covers of several + was talented enough to stand on his own merit. Hard choice. FACT: The day "Strawberry Fields" by the Beatles was released (approx 2 PM) Jimi learned & put his own touches on by that night, when he performed it at the Batcave for the Beatles, Clapton & others. But Jimi Hendrix couldn't tune his own guitar, he constantly got Eric Clapton to tune it for him. Both bits courtesy of an interview w/ Eric Clapton, circa late '80s. I noticed that too, they just would have made the choice harder. Same for Eric Johnston & Yngwie Malmsteem.

Toss up between the Comet & Stinger. I think the VC Comet was the best Comet until GTA4 came out.

"Vertical Bird" was easy. I took my time w/ the silenced pistol & made sure to move the plane I was taking before I took out the 2 extra planes. Once airborn I made for downtown SF & just let the other pilot smash into a building. The rest was just find & sink the boats.

That's a surprise, JVT's stuff is usually very stable. Is it always the same bike & if so which one? Is there any problem w/ the Mercedes that replaced the Elegy? Is the bike in question a mod? He hangs off because there's an "offset" spec in HANDLING.CFG that adjusts the player to the steering wheel of a car, that's probably off.

... & hope that the tech who gets it in is pissed @ MS or doesn't care. You may or may not get away w/ opening the case. If you were to kill the X360 stick w/ your hairdryer idea. Frellin' epic. "Tequilla" by the Leningrad Cowboys, just rolled over to "Maybe I'm Amazed" by Paul McCartney & Wings.

I played around w/ the XBL demo for that, looks promising. Any platform is fair game. The only requirements are they're decent to play & under $20 (Orange Box will count as that's 3 games for $30 or $10 a game). New or old release, used etc okay. My purpose here is to point people to games that aren't a waste of $$$. Give a price, source & quick note on what you liked about it. Took a little break from TDU & got back to playing Saint's row but I've got a few good achievements & love the Ford GT I just picked up & tuned. Found a class B time trial that takes about 20 minutes to complete but pays $150k.

That's probably the quickest/easiest way, & shown no obvious signs of tampering.

I think it would be interesting to play from the other side of the game. There was a similar mod before GTA4 came out where you could play as Ryder, although I don't know if that got finished.

Back to original topic, the map you found is probably left over from a beta of SA. There was something like it in VC that made Fort Baxter a lot bigger but it was cut for the final release. In this case it was probably not important & cut to make room for the boat school missions. Still, an interesting find.

Can we get that added to the downloads section? I'd like it for reference & maybe convert some of the missions to other GTAs. Same for VCS if someone has it.

What the telly isn't telling you is that most Americans who legally own weapons are very stable & not prone to rampages. The ones you hear about are usually someone in ILLEGAL possession of a firearm & mentally ill as well. Being from outside the US, most of you don't realize that to buy a firearm legally, you have to pass background checks for Felony conviction, Legal residence, Mental health, Domestic violence & Drug convictions. In some jurisdictions drunk driving will also make possession of a firearm a felony. If a teacher can pass all these conditions & the psychological testing then I have no problem trusting them w/ my kids. You talk about having pedos & murderers for teachers, what kind of background checks do you have over there (if any)? Locked doors refer to the entrances to the building itself, not the classrooms. If something happens that students need to evacuate, throw a chair through the window. BRAKE GLASS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. This is to keep undesirable types away from the kids & control who goes in & out of the school. Concealed carry refers to carrying a weapon on your person, not left in a drawer unattended. No, if anything that would make it work better. Heat = bad, cold = good for electronics. If you can cool it enough, a 9-volt smoke detector battery cal power a magnet that will pick up a car. ... & void the warranty. They can tell if the case has been opened.

You been busy! For the player, what about the police outfit you earn from GF Barbara? Then all you would need is SLJ's head to replace CJ's. When you want to go in civilian clothes you just change out if it in your wardrobe. Police missions would put the outfit on automatically similar to putting on the white shorts for mountain bike races. Polaski was voiced by Chris Penn & he sounds a lot like his brother, Sean. It would mean watching a few movies but if you can record soundbites you could add to to his dialog (I presume you're not doing this for money). Give the new bits their own file names, put them in the right folder, convert to the right format (OGG?) & call them from the script as needed. If you want a beta tester, PM me.

Train, "Drops of Jupiter". It's in my user track player & it reminds me of flying a Maverick around San Fierro at dawn or duck.

It's probably set to "read only", right click the file & find READ ONLY under properties, un-tick it.
