I have alos herd that there is going to be 2 more simpsons movies but i think thats never going to happen. When family guy came alone it kind of took over the simpons popularity. After 18 years, whatever comedy left in the show is getting stale. Hold on, I take that back. It isn't getting stale, it already has been for years. It seems like when Matt Groening started working on Futurama, he stopped giving two shits about the Simpsons. And I can see why, because Futurama is way funnier than the Simpsons ever was.
