oky doky.

to fix this, right click my computer and click properties. then click the system restore button. then click the box "turn off system restore" and click ok. restart if it asks you to. then go back into that menu and turn on system restore.

otherwise u will get problems with this all the time...i dont think you can delete this folder since it is protected by the operating system...that is the only way as far as i know

Agreed... Sometimes viruses end up in the System Restore folder, so turning off the utility can remove such leftovers...
