Although I'm a big fan of GTA, I'm not really big on pornography and all the carnal crap, so I decided to make things a little cleaner and more decent. This mod changes, well at least to some extent, the sex shop into a game store, loosely modeled after the real life DataBlitz store in the Philippines. To install, simply replace the cj_sex.txd and genintintsex.txd in gta_int.img, and vgnlowbild.txd and lodvegaswest2.txd in gta3.img with the ones provided. For best results, try replacing the "Sex Shop" GXT lines with something better. TODO: I'm still thinking of a way to replace the dildos with something better without affecting multiplayer... You may redistribute this mod in any way, but please credit me for this, OK? Of course alot of GTA players won't download this, but it's excellent to have the option! There's a lot more of GTA to ''cover up'' but I'll download your mods when they come out! So it's okay to kill countless people but as soon as you see tits, it's suddenly off limits? I'm sick of this anti-sex attitude, and the more it proliferates, the more confused children will be. To quote Maddox: I want to shoot people in the face, bang prostitutes, traffic drugs, steal cars, and terrorize police officers without this filthy smut in my game. Hmm, I know what you feel, but I guess this is for those who want to play the game, but aren't really into porn or carnal stuff, like me. I can mate with a woman whom I marry with, sans the XXX stuff, but I don't really feel like being surrounded by big breasts and then some, although I've read an issue of FHM once (I just laughed at all the silly jokes they made, but didn't delve much with the babes)... As to your moral issues we all have them obviously Chris82 and I have more tollerence for the pornographic aspect of the game. But WHY would you host that on zshare.net? The first download screen is full of porn ads. Since you gave permission to redistribute and are a good friend I posted a copy here on my filefront page ALL games no porn. Let me know when you have a major revision change and I will try my best to keep it up to date. But you should consider getting a free account with them. I use them because they are what I am all about (games) and they are only goofy about videos (I've had a few of mine deleted) not about topic or content just if they sit without someone watching them. I somewhat agree with Chris82, but he must keep an open mind that this game is an extreme example of US crime and culture. Not all cultures around the world share our values or lack of values. It is not like you are marching on R* burning DVDs and protesting. The only type of mods I don't care for is ones that attempt to convert the game into Star Wars Battlefront or some other game "theme". Keep it in the GTA theme is my motto. Yes clearly GTA series is a very mature theme but it in no way represents real life in the US. For example, the first time I saw a strip bar from the outside, I was about 6 or 7 and asked my Dad what the place was next door to our motel with all the pink neon. To a child that looked like the Six Flags theme park we were going to visit. My Dad has always made a point of being 100% honest and said that is a place where truckdrivers stop and pay ladies to dance naked on the tables. I thought that was a silly place and thought nothing more about it. As you can tell my Dad was into budget motels for family trips. I am going to be 17 in a few months, and I have walked the streets of Chicago and Detroit and yes in some of the less desirable areas of those cities. I only saw poverty not crime. Crime is a part of every culture around the world. So trust me when I say, don't believe what you see on YouTube or our movies is our way of life. For the most part life is dull so we spice it up with the games and movies. Overall I have to agree w/ Chris82 (good link, funny read) the game had a "M" rating for a reason. A couple nights ago I was doing Saint's Row 2 co-op when a 9-year-old joined. The adult who let him play that has no right to bitch when they hear the kid talking about "T-bagging". Read the box & pay attention to what your kids are doing, don't be a gran-tard from New Jersey. I have played SR & various GTAs w/ my kid & think your mod would be great for someone wanting to do the same. There's plenty a kid could do w/out actually committing crimes or seeing controversial content.
