OK, there are two multiplayer clients that I recommend - Multi Theft Auto and San Andreas Multiplayer; MTA's a bit more flexible, has a nice GUI, and also has an IRC client. SA-MP is also great, just choose a server and it will connect you to a game. Just follow the install wizard that came with the client if you want to install it...

Ya, rly...hehe! Anyway, a clean reinstall of SA doesn't hurt; just back up your saved files, wipe your damaged SA install and reinstall it again from the install DVD...

If you just downloaded it, then we can't help you for that - The GTA Place strictly discourages warez/piracy, and for legal reasons, we do not support those people with illegally acquired copies of games. Remember, backups are the geek's best friend, stay legal, and read the rules first before you join here...

I'm afraid I can't help you with that; you should have a legit (i.e. non-warez) copy of SA in order to repair your damaged install - if you only got your game from some lame torrent site, sorry, case closed; we don't allow such illegal stuff here...

I recommend that you upgrade your PC; most of the third party mods are high-poly ones, so an upgrade might be necessary...

Well, my dad bought some CDs for a bargain at a music store, one of them an album from the slut-slash-wannabe princess Paris Hilton; I dunno, he just picked things randomly or something... Upon seeing the album, I was thinking of asking you guys a Paris Hilton ped mod for SA, so that I have some kid to shoot besides some random hookers and everything. I saw one on a Sims site - maybe we can use this in GTA Manila as an Easter egg... I tried converting Sims 1 SKN files to DFF but I had difficulty, so can someone do this for me? I saw one instance of an Easter egg while visiting Mad Dogg's mansion - go to the first room at the right side; if you see a stereo system, then that must be the one I'm talking about. Now for the fun part: use a camera or a sniper rifle, and point the lens at the stereo. Zoom several times, and you'll see the words "Sony" on the system, if you read carefully, since the textures are garbled...

That PRX has nothing to do with ISO loading right now. Right now, ISO loading is totally separate from that PRX. Currently, ISO loaders trick the PSP into thinking the ISO is the files on the UMD. Once hackers start cracking that PRX (It's only been on 3.50 and 3.51), we can have faster ISO loading and less battery drainage. vettefan88 is trying to figure out a way for us to just load the IMG file from the memory stick so we don't have to compile the ISO each time. I dunno, but my cousin is able to load modded PSP ISO files like what you guys do via memory card; I'm not an advocate of console modding (since this involves defeating the DRM stuff) but judging from the work it's interesting...

My parents pay the DSL bills; it's around Php 1000, or about 15-20 bucks...
