  1. If you're using the PS2 version, you're out of luck. We can tell you how to do that, but for legal reasons, we can't tell you, since you have to break the DRM protection. The PC version has skinning settings, found on the Options menu...
  2. You might have been using high-end hardware; you'll have little or no lag problems with that... Lol, I wish. AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3800+, MMX, 3D Now, 2.4GHz 512MB Ram nVidia GeForce 6150 LE, 256MBs. It's an alright computer but I usualy can't run any game higher than 800x600. And that's with my graphics card on very low settings. (High Preformance, no AA, ect..) Adding more RAM (i.e. 2GB) and a more expensive video card might be the reason why some people managed to play a GTA game (or any other game) in 1024x768 and higher...
  3. Woah, that's nice; I'll try that when I have time...

  5. That explains.. He's only been here for 10 days y'know. Oh, well...
  6. Have you tried lighting them?
  7. Nice; I could have farted that badly... Give me some food and I'll do that...just joking!
  8. Actually, he's my gang homie; click here to see his profile...
  9. I don't have much to say, but Happy Birthday, homie... God Bless and I hope you have a great time there...
  10. Happy Birthday, SAF, I hope you have a great time here; God Bless and peace out, homie...

  11. Yeah, it looks good, but when you Google search for the Brilliance BS6 crash test then you'll know why it was given the Pwnage Award...
  12. I dunno, homie, but maybe if you find a TransFender shop, drive it there and see if it can be modded...
  13. I like that; maybe if you made this into a full song then I'll be more than happy...
  14. Warez can get you nowhere; If I give you the link for the cracked version of GTA III, we would be in big trouble here... Even Claude will get mad and shout at you if you screw up here in the forums... Be legal and buy the legit one, will ya?
  15. So technically, an audio CD is essentially a CD-ROM with audio data that can be recognized by regular CD players...
  16. It must be a gas-guzzler; I'll pick a Toyota Tacoma/Hilux instead, after watching one being tortured in Top Gear...
  17. Actually, there's already a dual-layer UMD; it's the 1.8GB disc used in VCS and LCS. A single-layer platter can only hold 900MB of information. If you really want to cram all of San Andreas in a UMD, it's either you have to develop a better PSP, get rid of the wasted land, or reduce graphics quality...
  18. I dunno; I already have GTA: Manila... I have a game idea on my Wikipedia user page...
  19. Simple, Zmodeler. DFF is a 3D model file for the game; you can open, view and edit DFFs from there, but if you are into installing it, the IMG Tool's the way to go. Run the IMG Tool, find the file named gta3.img, search for the DFF you're replacing, and drop it to the IMG file. Remember to back up your GTA3.IMG file first before doing this!
  20. AGP has a different bus slot compared to PCI Express; do you have a picture of your card?
  21. I've heard of some hand-cranked/motorized buffer tool called SkipDoctor; since a PS2 disc is a DVD, the device might do wonders with any scratched platter. Does not work on Blu-Ray discs, though...
  22. I'll go for the PC version; modding is easier, since you don't have to crack the PS2's DRM protection, which is illegal in most jurisdictions...
  23. Read the pinned threads in the Modding section first before you ask us how to do things, OK?
  24. I dunno; both of them are great at shooting, so I had a hard time picking the winner...
