It does have some quirks, but it seems fine nonetheless.

Right-click on your GTAVC shortcut, and then click on the Compatibility page. Tick on the checkbox that says Run this program in compatibility mode. From there you can select the OS mode in which you would like to run the game under.

I'd rather reinstall the game if I were you. Unfortunately we do not provide backup files of any GTA IV assets, as it is the user's responsibility to make a copy of their files for future use.

For that, I don't think it will ever run at all. Maybe a slideshow, but I'm pretty sure it will be a lot worse than you can imagine.

OK, so I was bored, and I decided to port some of the weapons in Bioshock and Bioshock 2 to GTASA. Yeah, I know converting things can be frowned upon, but I guess this is in good faith and I won't be doing any act of piracy (as the dudes at GTAF won't let users post ports of objects from other games). Anyway, here's what I did so far; it's a rivet gun from BS2, used by Subject Delta for capping splicers, pedos or whatever jerk that gets in his way: I'll try on converting more weapons; I already ported the pipe wrench and the shotgun, and I might port some characters as peds, too. Don't expect the staff members here to give you any admin privileges, especially if you type in such a noobish manner. They choose moderators based on their experience as well as if they're mature or fit enough to manage the site.

Nope. You might be able to run it, but don't expect good frame rates even at low settings. Any four-digit Nvidia card that has 4 or below on the second digit is expected to be piss-poor when it comes to high-end games.

I'll be watching it, if only that the mainstream here in the Philippines cares more about football and this World Cup.

Don't expect anything decent with an Intel GMA-powered PC when it comes to hardcore gaming. Casual and low-end games like SA, but like what WRX said, don't bother running it on an integrated graphics chip. You might think of shelling some more cash on a desktop with a good graphics card, lots of memory and a beefy CPU as IV is really really resource-hungry for a game.

Mods? On your PS2? Hmm, it can be done, but it isn't worth the effort (as it is easier to tinker with the PC version, which I'm sure that you can buy for a bargain) and may be illegal in your place due to the fact that you have to bypass copy protection.
