I don't think you can run GTA IV on an internal/built-in graphics chipset such as the Intel GMA, especially if you are using Windows Vista, which uses more resources than XP. I think an Nvidia 8600 or 7300 will do, well, at least if you set the graphics to low or medium.

Don't worry, Rockstar aren't Sony. They won't use/abuse technology just to try and sell something >.O Agreed... I guess GTA on the Wii would be the first GTA for a Nintendo home console.

Huck we would probably need graphics for our games so how about you start working like on Rebel Arts that is the name and like a graphic behind the name something that has to do with like a revolt or like a revolution or it would be cool like if Rebel Arts was written with like gunshots or something. Sorry but any processor with the word "Pentium" in it is garbage and the 8600 is ok...not a really great card...just spring for an ATi 4850, it can be had for around $150 USD and kicks ass. I'm planning on swapping the Core2Duo chip from the other PC and slap it on the other one...

There are themes for Motorola, but it's embedded in the firmware; unless if you flash your phone's software with a third-party ROM hack (which is risky and can void your phone's warranty; I once flashed a T-mobile-spec Moto V360, hoping that I would unlock it, but I ended up bricking it), you can't make your own themes in a V360. And what software do you use for making one? If you're making a Nokia theme, you can use the official tools available from forum.nokia.com, although you need to get used to the interface...

That depends on the configuration, although the screenshots looked as though you took weed or something... I had one on my PC, but I disabled or toned down the settings to keep my game from lagging. All I added was a little bloom and reflections...

Here's how: Assuming that you have the image tool, find the file named cellphone.dff and cellphone.txd. Use the replace command to replace them with the desired files. Rebuild the archive, and then start the game. If that doesn't work try GGMM and browse the weapons list to see if it works...
