No it isn't, read it over again. The topic-starter thought you can mod consoles, and so, some users replied saying: Even though that's for PS2/Xbox, I'm assuming it applys to the PS3/360 in similar ways. Basically, you (probably) CAN mod the PS3/360, BUT it is illegal. And due to copyright/piracy issues (as said in the quote), no one will make the mods, or if someone does, it WILL be nearly impossible to find.

Why'd you make two topics? Anyways, if you are a huge GTA fan, get the Special Edition, it's basically collectibles & show-offs. And just read what the bundle includes, probably just the PS3, one controller, GTA IV, and the other basic stuff.

I'm not believing this until I see the magazine myself (which I'll never get) or a scan. Don't get your hopes up yet. They were always saying "There will only be DLC for the Xbox 360..." and others said otherwise. This just adds to the build-up of those news. You just don't know who to trust.

Well, they really can't make the sale at different time zones. Some people may have the release in the Prime Time area, meaning from about 6:00pm-- 11:00pm. These players will get more time, while players that get the sale at 2:00am, will be tired and may have less time to play (since they'd have work/school in the morning). It's unfair indeed, but that's how it's working right now. Anyways, LIFE'S UNFAIR.
