I thought GTA IV was coming out on April 29 worldwide? Perhaps that 'worldwide' had exceptions?

That's a very unique video. The walking around the streets & spray painting is very GTA-styled. A good video game advertisement always has (at least some) in-game footage though. That's my opinion though.

Okay, when I'm browsing lists (specificly when browsing a list in the Countries section of the forum), it's really annoying (especially for users with big monitors). How? Well, when browsing a country, it's hard to find line the items up. For example in the picture below, it's hard to line up a post count with a member. My idea is to darken every alternate line. For example, at GameFAQs, they darken every alternate line. Thanks for read my stupid & long suggestion.

^^^Yeah, I hated waiting for CJ to get changed. That's an example of TOO MUCH realism. And I think a way to get guns will be through the Liberty City Gun Club, since they're supporting guns and everyone should have one.

Can your wanted level go down (with bribes, cheats, etc)? If not, then you've probably enabled the 'Lock Wanted Level Cheat (AKA Never Wanted Cheat)' while having 4 stars. To disable it, type the cheat in again. Also, to REALLY prove if you can get 6 stars, just use the 'Automatic 6 Star Cheat'. <--- Just an idea for a test.

Okay, when you email someone there's an important note that says: Here's a picture: My opinion is that the font colour is too close to the background, and could barely see it. My suggestion is that this should be changed to another colour, since the note is noted "IMPORTANT".

There's one in the Download sections of the site. I haven't tried it myself though, I don't have GTA:SA for PC, but it's worth a try. EDIT: NVM, just trust MrLlamaLlama, I know nothing about modding. And like I said before, I haven't even tried it... and MrLlamaLlama's method is simpler.
