Hey everyone. The most AMAZING thing happened to me on SA, Check it'! I was on GTA SA (still am) I was in my Taxi, with the GTA SA Admin Console active, I held "Shift Up ^" and was speeding FAST, then I went into the sea, near San Francisco (Feirro) I can walk around, and drive my Taxi underneath the water I run up to the top of the shore, then was swimming, I jumped back down, and I fell to the ocean ground. I can still drive and walk under water... SS included. Any comments/questions?

It would be easier for you (maybe) to but a PS2 control converter, and play with your PS2 controller, like the PS2 version of GTA 3. Try that, edit the controls in options. That might help. Or send us your file, and request a mission to be completed.
