I'm not a youth.....but older people can't help but look down on younger people. It happened to me when I was young and now that I am an adult, I see what they see and when you guys get older, you'll be saying that about younger people. There are a hell of a lot of young people who just don't give a shit. They cause trouble for no reason at all. I have seen a number of immature young people making fun of random people. You don't see many adults walking around saying OMG LOOK AT HER FACE LOLOLOLOL or THAT GUY LOOKS SO GAY!! A lot of young kids don't give a crap about education or their parents and, no thanks to laws these days, get away with a lot of garbage because the second a parent even raises their hand to their kid, the kid is dialing 911 on their cell. Lack of discipline. That's the problem. When I was growing up, my brothers and I got the belt when we stepped out of line. I could NEVER imagine myself being as much of an ass as some young kids these days. You watch those talk shows and, no matter if they are really fake or not, there really are kids like that out there in this world. 8 year old kids telling their parents to F-off. Wow. This isn't to say that ALL young people act like idiots but there are a lot who do. It's sad and it makes the good young people look bad. LOL, well im 18 now, but when i was in y12 i had numerous y9's trying to start a fight with me, for no reason whatsoever just cos their 'hard'...so dumb, they were like 5ft nothing and i was like 6'3...and the fact they are like a skinny little thing etc...they're just retards, but i remmber when i was in year 9 i was nothing like the y9's are now when i was in y12 /rant

ok appreciated. you know i posted twice before on the previous page nobody answered lol... yeah. when i was choosing the laptop (it was a xmas present for me) my dad told me he wanted a laptop for work, so just needed to have decent storage and be portable etc, i wasnt looking for gaming power (cos it was more of a school thing for notes n shit), if i woulda got the F3JV or M instead of C lol, $200 more and woulda had a 7600 and 2ghz core 2....ah well. turbocache (powermizer nvidia calls it i think) makes a HUGE difference. if i play san andreas with no turbocache, it lags like a bitch, but if i plug in the ac adaptor (full turbocache) it runs perfect, no lag at all...its a pretty cool technology i think, sure its not great, but i mean, laptops never really were meant for gaming (unless you wanna spend like 3k, even still battery is a issue)

still awaiting a reply lol. am i being ignored or what lol. 1.66ghz core 2 duo 1gb ddr2 ram nvidia geforce go 7300 (128 onboard + up to 384mb turbocache or whatever u wanna call it) 120gb sata hdd (dunno how this matters as long as i have lots of space lol) i dont care if i cant run with aa or high settings. would i be able to run 640x480 low settings, no aa etc...bare minimum?

asshole, yeah, not even a chance. i would think that would lag on gta san andreas... Lol, the 2 other machines in my house, one is a AMD Athlon XP 2800+, the other a Pentium 4 2.0aGHz (dont ask whats the a for i dunno), the p4 has 1gb ram, the amd 512, but to get to the point, at times the p4 is really really laggy, even with the windows interface, i dunno why. the amd one is fine, never laggy at all. sure your gonna say "but its 2800+" but still, for some reason the p4 lags with just opening some stuff, like you click firefox, then its 10 seconds before it opens...maybe its spyware / virus, but ive scanned like twice in the past 2 weeks and removed all (it kept finding viruses in c:\system volume information)... i remember a friend always saying the AMD processors were way ahead than P4, in everything except video encoding cos it didnt have SSE or one of those instruction sets... wut about my laptop lolz 1.66 core 2 1gb ddr2 ram 120gb hd (only 10gb free, but gonna free some space... nvidia geforce go 7300 (total 512mb memory, 384 is assigned from ram, 128 onboard)
