im okay with IPL... Spawn locations, Weapon Spawns, Cull, Enex. Im also practising Mission Coding so perhaps later on I could help make some GTA IV missions and code the abillity to get backup from cops or something... I can do some texture editing but im still confused by the whole wrapping thing... I don't need my name on it. but my website URL would be nice I need members as badly as any just-finished website...

duh, not again. GTA IV is waayy more violent than San Andreas (Which is hardly violent at all! still can't believe GTA 2 got an 18+ rating...) They don't really know what they are talking about. If kids who are likely to copy events play it then there parents shouldn't let them! Non of this bull about they can get it in stores. Even if they could, what are they doing going out with money and why are their parents not supervising what they buy? Why is the kid in his room all day and why are there lot's of shooting sounds!? Parents should care about their kids more. Most young kids don't even need a console if their parents would just spend time with them! Only the dumb kids copy music, games or TV- PARENTS SHOULD EDUCATE THEM BETTER! And most people (Like me) take their anger out on the game instead of killing real people. Especially when their parents are so unfair or dumb that they could just kill them! But there is GTA cooling us down. GTA makes me laugh even if I had the shittiest day of my life! And I would have probably killed everyone if it wasn't for GTA. It showed me how easy it is to get wasted or busted! And some dumb report said that GTA 4 advertisement banners were causing murders!!! Thats bullsh*t how can a white background and a few animated people cause violence? If you are a mother who's shitty at keeping your kids... Hmm... it's my secret really! lol. and it is fkn hard to do without fkng up the save game! give me your save game file and what you want it to be called- i'll give you the finished thing... Nothing else will be edited. and the finished file should work with your game (if not there is no hope for you! ) now... how do i make personalised lisence plates

1. I want to be able to name my save games something different from 'End Of The Line' I've tried editing the b file but it corrupted the save (Fortunatly I backed it up) so how would I do this safely? 2. I want a car with a personalized licence plate. GTASA Console is supposed to be able to do this in a later version but I don't think anyone is working on it... How can I change the licence plate of my Garage car or make a spawn car location with a personalized plate? 3. Do licence plates stay the same if you store them in a garage? If so I can crack the above myself... I had other questions about modding textures but I'll post them in a seperate topic as it has nothing to do with the above. That is because it was made for the PSP!!! I don't even think you can get those for PS2...

yay... November... My b'day... the same month San Andreas was released... Of course there is gonna be a PC version. PC's have too great capabilities to not make it on PC. San Andreas also had more features on the PC version so expect that on GTA IV too...

1st one fake... just had to create a skin and make it look ghostly. then probably just use SA studios to make it walk... i still want to find the Superman mod to download...

One of the most thought about San Andreas web series'. It has probably the best storyline and is going to be one of the hottest things out there! Rockstar are surely just gonna make their own area for any future GTA's... i'd still like the next GTA to be located in 'GTA Country' and include all cities from all gta's

GTA IV and SA seem like 2 completley different games. Also i like being CJ and like everything in San Andreas (As a state) and I like everything in San Andreas (As a game)

i kinda agreed. but im trying not to get hyped anyway the more hyped you get, the more likely you are to be dissapointed. the car damage looked real and the storyline things looked great. but the car handling and control over Nicko looked like The Getaway. this may just be because the players suck and are probably weirdo's who do nothing but kill and get chased in the game. this is fun but im an explorer and like to make my own things to do. So my advise: Dont get hyped! And when GTA IV comes out you will like it more. Like when we saw screenshots of boots being opened on SA... But yo couldn't do that. We were dissapointed. And i think not everything they show will be playable.
