Little Jacob for sure. He is actualy one of the only characters that appears many times to help you on missions and cutscenes that are not even about him. Brucie has some funny lines too, such as "Do I look like I got funny balls to you!?". Bernie has many funny paintings and pictures on his walls and doing missions for him were hilarious.

Yes a homless person is known to many some as a "Tramp" which one of the meanings is..."to traverse on foot: to tramp the streets." Meaning they live and move on the streets without a real home, kinda like a nomad. A tramp that refers to a woman would mean they have "been around" if you know what I mean. (sexually derf)

1. The reason they came out with V2 of San Andreas was to get rid of the hot coffee mod so that the "AO" rating could be removed. 2. If I saw a PC version of a PSP game that would come out recently, I would shoot myself. 3. A PC version of GTA 4 would sell, but you would not require that much upgrading for your PC if the PS3/xbox have almost no problems running it. I mean, look at Half-Life 2 when that came out. That required many people to upgrade their systems but it still sold millions. In order to play Crysis you had to have a godlike computer, Assassins Creed had nice graphics...but if you didn't mind doing the same missions over and over again then it is the game for you, FarCry is one of my favorite game series so we'll see how that turns out. Currently, GTA 4 has amazing graphics for a consoul game and one that is completely open ended without any loading screens besides during cutscenes.

I managed to get it working earlier today, and it has been fine since! I was really angry at one point that i pushed the disc tray open button really hard and I heard it crack. I was like "oh no what did i do now..." But for some reason...the game started working right after that. Whatever that crack was, was the problem I was having!

Yes, I have experienced the red ring of death at least 7 times over the course the two years...so it might be time to get another xbox...I am currently at work now, but I'll try to clean the disc when I get home today and let you know how that goes. The stupid part is, I was so excited when I bought the game that I lost the receit from the store to my house. I was too excited to notice not that you could blame me, but I should've paid more attention to that. I really do not want to, but if it comes down to it, I am willing to cough up another $60 to buy another one.

I loaded another game fine, but I had problems loading DVDs. I think it might be my xbox, because it is a first generation and I have had it for about 2 years so I think it is finally starting to crap out on me...

I finally got the long-awaited copy of GTA 4 this morning, but I wanted to get some sleep so I could play it all day today. I put in the disc right away and the game worked fine (It is the xbox360 version). When I put it back in this morning I was having major problems just loading the game. The game itself would not load when I put the disc in but a menu that says "please put this disc in an xbox360" and I'm sitting there going wtf? I tried two different things to see if it would work besides blowing the dust off the 360 etc...I tried just turning on the 360 with the disc already in it, but nothing even loaded up, it would just stay on "Xbox 360" part right after the consoul loads up. I tried putting the disc after the system was on a bunch of times...but I keep getting the same menu with the disc problem over and over again. I might have to return it, but I was just wondering if this is a problem with the system and not the disc first...any ideas why this is happening?

Yeah...about the parents reading ratings part...I can see alot of problems coming from rediculous parents with all the new features of hookers that I have been hearing from people...such as calling in a hooker so you are not lonely in bed lol. Of course, there will always be problems from the radical parents with the GTA series and people have grown to just accept that.

Yeah, I have been hearing more complaints that praise from people that got the game early...I personaly have to stop reading all the bad points being posted about the game because it might lower my expectations of what I thought it to be, but reading the official reviews make me happy . Hearing alot of comments really helps out too because I know what to really expect now and not all the hyped bs I have been hearing lately. That sucks to hear that the cars sustain less damage and car physics are not as good as hyped because that is suposed to be one of the new great improvements. Well, it is still all opinions until I get the game for myself, then I can compare my thoughts!

I would love to join, but after I meet the recuirments for a gang, unless it is different for xboxlive instances. I'm sorry but I'm still new to this so I have some stuff to learn still. Anyways, I would love to join up with you if you wouldn't mind, how do I apply?

The funny thing is, I won my xbox360 on a boardwalk so I did not expect the xbox to last long at all. That was two years ago and I have gotten the red ring of death at least 7 times by now (counted) and mine still works after all this time. I am very lucky or I got one of the only workable ones from the first generation of xbox360s. I'm not lieing too, there have been many people that have had the red ring of death but the system works fine an hour or two later. I'm sorry that yours has broken down completely and sympathize for your loss. I don't know if the red ring of death symbolizes that the xbox is broken and beyond playable until it is fixed, but my old xbox and survived many a red ring trials . Hope you get to play your copy still

The strange thing is Gamestop opened at midnight for the Halo 3 launch...but you are saying they might not do it for GTA 4? Wow that is gay, I have to see if they are doing that for my town too.

See, this is why I usually never pre-order from websites because something stupid like this might happen. I just go to a game store or blockbuster to pre-order it there so I can make sure my copy will arrive on time.

Noone really knows for sure if there is a clan option like in Battlefield 2:MC that allows you to actually recruit people option or something, but people still organize gangs here go into battles anyway. If there is an option like that, it would make legit organizing alot easier.

I thought this was a good idea for a thread and wanted to start it when there were five days until the game came out, but hey, what the hell! Post what you cant wait to see, do, play, use, or anything you have wanted to say or anything on your mind about GTA 4. Post new info, pics, screens, anything to get us all revved up more for the game. At the end of your post, put the exact number on how much time is left until the game comes out where you are... Ex.) I cannot wait to see the immense detail and scenery within the city skyline! I wonder how the turf wars online will work out? This would make gangs wars epic and so exciting.
