I was informed of some tragic news today, one of GTA's best map makers, Odie, passed away last month on Tuesday, June 7th, 2005, the same day San Andreas was released on PC/Xbox. For those of you who haven't heard of him he was one of the greatest map makers for GTA3 and Vice City. He released the 1st ever map mod for GTA3 - Ultimate Stuntpark. And the 1st ever map mod for Vice City - Beachpark. He also had a dream to create his hometown of Berlin, Germany and put it in a GTA game, Odie also contributed to popular mod Myriad Islands. A lot of us think a memorial should be made for him and put in San Andreas and I believe this will happen as a talented bunch of modders over at GTAForums are in discussion about. Odie, real name Heiko Feege was just 37. Details of his death have not been publicly released. He leaves behind a widow and a son (8). May he rest in peace. This should probably get the award for most strangest topic question ever. Lol I don't actually understand the scenario anyway. Do you mean like physically grabbing your legs and shaking them and throwing them around or something. Do they have Deep Vein Thrombosis maybe?

Well I think the default controls are on the numpad. 8 moves the thrusters so you go forward and 2 aims them down again so you can hover so hold 2 for a few seconds to hover.

That image is one of our fake SA images from over 2 years ago, but yes the fake images made by mvi for GTA4 are good.

I don't really know anything about the area of Seattle, I thought it was kind of all a big city and in a GTA game you need a variety of landscapes/terrain, I suppose it could just be one part of the game in fact.

Yeah, those Quote Trains or whatever you want to call them are irritating. Yeah and it's pointless when you're replying to the person who posted directly before you as it already follows the conversation

Lol I'm pointing and laughing at everybody who bought gta domains with a number in greater than or equal to 5 because Rockstar only own up to 4 which means the games after it if there are any will have names as opposed to numbers rendering their domains useless because they won't get any traffic since they're wrong.

I promised these guys I'd give them a shout on TheGTAPlace. Over at the SA-2P website they've been working hard to implement a two player feature for San Andreas, for online play of course. The difference between this and other multiplayer mods is that although this is only 2 player, it may be able to support pedestrians and other things unsupported on the other multiplayer mods. Check out their site for screens and videos. Also check out the downloads database as I'll be adding more files throughout the week without necessarily posting about them.

You probably all find it annoying when you save a replay of San Andreas and you have to Alt-Tab out of the game and rename it so it doesn't overwrite it. Well you don't have to do that anymore. Just like the Vice City Replay Handler, some of the guys from GTAStunting made one for San Andreas which renames all your .rep files you save so you no longer have to Alt-Tab from the game. You can download the SA Replay Handler a.k.a SaRaH from our downloads database. SaRaH was made by [FP]gunner, and tested by [FP]Marklund. **UPDATE** This has now been updated to version 1.5 which fixes a few bugs and adds a couple of features. And in another update Delfi from GTATools has released v3.5 of TXD Workshop which is now no longer a beta version, so it now has full support for San Andreas, Vice City and GTA3. Download TXD Workshop 3.5.

I have no idea why the speedometer mod isn't working for you, maybe you have modified other files. Also you shouldn't try putting GTA3 cars in SA because they probably won't work.
