What do you mean no CD Crack?
Did you actually buy the game legally?
-
Yes, I did. Direct2Drive is pretty much like steam. It's a service where you buy games (yes, legally) to download. It's part of the IGN network of sites. Everything I did was legal, and I could even post a sceeenshot of the recipt if need be to convince you of the fact I did nothing illegal, or to harm rockstar games.
They may not be officialy supported by Rockstar so they had to create their own download and that's why it's screwed up.
-
Mozilla and Microsoft probably disabled it on purpose.
-
Oh they'll just love to have you over there! Have fun!
Doesn't mean I'm leaving here though.
Despite all the assholes and lack of activity (getting better lately though) the forum layout and topics are way better.

I absolutely love Spongebob. One of the funnniest cartoons I've ever watched, and it's good for adults too with all the little hidden innuendos that are intended to go over the kids' heads.
Every other new cartoon, especially the ones are Cartoon Network, Back at the Barnyard, Fairly Odd Parents whatever I absolutely loathe with all my heart.
I think my favorite old cartoon would be Tom and Jerry.

Wow that sucks. I'm glad I don't act like a dickhead on the forums, I'd be well upset if I had all those privileges taken away!
Which is also why I'm becoming more active on GTAForums.com.

I can. We are banned from setting statuses and reporting posts, we have a 30 posts to post on a daily basis. It's the same for me, even without these restrictions.
We are also banned from posting pics, using the edit button, having an avatar, and having a signature.

Best PS3 Exclusive is most definitely Uncharted 2.
-
Well we did have the awards topic open for a week, and I replied to your suggestions, to which you didn't disagree.
Got it, didn't catch that at first.
I see that you actually took my 'Best Forum Boss' idea.

I have to bitch about win7.
It stalls all the fucking time.Guys i have fucking 4 GB RAM, a C2D and it still stalls.WTF?!
I see other people too with much more powerful pc's and they experience the same thing.
My computer won't run for around 48 hours at a time before Vista will reboot on itself . . .

I think there should be more options to nominate for.

I was always quite fond of Hey Arnold, Rocket Power, and the Wild Thornberrys from that era on Nick.
Oh yeah, they were pretty good too. They were like the 2nd era of Nicktoons, I was almost to the age of not watching Nick anymore when they came out.
The second era was the last time Nick was any decent at all. Come era three, they screwed up royally. REALLY badly when they made half of their shows live-action. Anyone remember "Snick"? Or the very short-lived "Nickelozone" during the second-third era?
Never heard of it.
I still like some of their shows, namely iCarly and Spongebob. I used to like Drake and Josh and Jimmy Neutron too, but they canceled those.

Div's are the "it" for everything. A table is an alternate method for creating... Tables. But not layout stuff (although most web designers take the lazy route )
In Firefox, if you add overflow-x:scroll, it just acts as if you'd typed overflow:scroll and shows both bars. I think it works in IE, though.
Send it to the developers at Mozilla, it could be fixed in 3.6.

@Eazy
Just a few days ago I got a virus / malware or something on my computer and AVG didn't detect it. I had to boot into safe mode and shred what I downloaded with Spybot.

So other than the achievements, I take it that nobody has a source?

This isn't a problem if you have sufficient command of the English language to not have to rely on smiley faces to convey your point. If you really have to stoop this low, however, use spaces... it's to do with the wording being contained in colons and them doubling up.
OK then . . .

You should all have a look at this article.
Especially this section of that article.

@Steam:
It's that way for a lot of beta programs. Take Firefox 3.6 Beta for example . . .
Won't install on top of 3.5.5. and if you force it to it's very difficult to get it back.

If you put two or more emoticons right next to each other without spaces, this happens:

Posts in fun-and-offtopic do not count towards your total to prevent people just spamming in there to increase their postcount. This happened a lot in the past, and the people who spammed all day in fun-and-games were getting hundreds of posts a day, and others were spamming there just to get high postcounts just to look cool. Both of these completely undermines the legitimate, helpful posts of this GTA forum. Fun-and-offtopic is moderated only for explicit/harmful content, unlike the rest of the forum, where posts have to also be useful/relevant.
We will not be reversing this just so you can have a high postcount - which is exactly what you are asking for in this topic. We will not be revealing the "real" postcount that includes these non-counting posts, as that would only achieve the same thing.
Show me how doing this would benefit anyone?
I understand why you would say all that, but you forgot my first suggestions.
Example, at the left it would say:
RAYBOB
Posts: 895
Post #: 847 (hypothetically of course)
So it would say what post # this is of that person's.

Unbelievable.
Well, after I decided that I would install Ubuntu to my Flash Drive so that I could get out of that low-res bullshit, I accidentally selected boot from CDROM rather than Flash Drive.
Since there was nothing in the CD Drive, it proceeded to boot Vista. I said WTF, I'll give it a chance.
I did absolutely nothing and now all of a sudden out of the blue it just randomly works. WTF.
Only bad news is that since I had restored a backup from November 30th, I have to get back all my shortcuts, downloads, programs installed since then, etc. And even though Thunderbird isn't installed on the drive I restored to (It's on my 1TB HDD not the SSD which Windows is on) all my emails since November 30th and all Firefox saved passwords since then are gone.
So, I've got a bit of a mess to clean up now, but at least it works!
EDIT: Well I've got it all back to normal except that all my emails since Nov. 30th are gone.
-
Revert it back to NTFS, see if it works again.
K, be back in a minute
EDIT: XP won't let me, I think only Vista can do it.
Should I try to format back to NTFS in Ubuntu?
-
Well, I tried force-mounting one of my Flash Drives as a test in case it has negative effects, and Ubuntu tells me: 'Only Root can do that' The Flash Drive gets the same error message as the two HDDs, and it wasn't plugged in at all during this entire process until now.
I'm completely lost and will die if I lost 850GB of important data.
Well, I guess that if push comes to shove, could I take my Hard Drive and put it in my Brother's computer and try to do something within Windows right?
EDIT:OK, so I just took my flash drive, put it in my Bro's PC, formatted from NTFS to FAT32, and now it works fine in Ubuntu. WTF?
-
What happens when you try to run it from safe mode/normally? It restarts or..? Be more specific about your problem.
After Vista's loading logo it'll go black like normal, but instead of booting after a few seconds it just stays black with the HDD light flashing faintly every 2 seconds, like it's trying to access the drive and the drive is denying it, like what Ubuntu told me. And the Vista CD does the same thing.

It's NOT gonna run with single-core.
As to whether or not the x1650 would support it it's a gamble but I'd say most likely not.
