Well why do you think there is age limits on games. Gta is rated 18+ mature where I live. So the parents should make sure about this. If a child is 12 years old and plays a violent video games. then ya the child may have negative outcomes due to the game. But the child shouldn't even be playing it in the first place. I rest my case.

Actually I learned myself threw trial and error, and with the help of the read me txt that comes with the mod. So I suggest all Newbs to mods just read the Damn REad me and fool around with game and tools abit. You'll get the hang of it.

Yes, Get an IMG tool From the download tools sections on this site. But I'm assuming your playing SA so get a San Andreas IMG tool. From the SA downloads. Install it. Then, Go into your program files go the folder Rockstar. Then click the next folder "San Andreas" Then you'll be the main directory of the game. Now find the folder called Models. Find the IMG file. Right click it and turn off "Read only" Then open the IMG tool and use the "Find" function to find, the name of the txd & .Dff. your replacing. Extract them to a back up folder. Then delete them. Now add the replace txd and dff to IMG of the exact thing you just deleted from the Mod you downloaded. Ak-47 txd (original) Replace with--------> Ak-47 txd mod. Understand?

SPaz but don't you think if there were illegal Nintendo and Atari would sue thies sites and shut them down? I think the reasoning behind this is becuase it's not easy to make a rom from a game cartirage. So this is way for people who own the original to have a copy on there Pc to play. And also to preserve old forgotton games.

No the roms are not illegal. Your allowed to have the rom along as you own the original Chip board of the game or the entire chipboard in the Cartirage. Which means it's legal if you own the original game.

I loved resident Evil.. Althought the franchise is lost for me now. After the Res 1& 2 movie disapointments and the screwed up Resident evil 4 I've lost my confidence in it. Capcom really really #&*ed up. They just ruined a potentional big money maker. Well I"ll put my 2 cents in what I thought about the movies. For starters there was too much fast camera angles Too much BS in it that totaly defies Physical Laws. Like the scene in Res 2 when the dogs jump out the kitchen window and Jill throws the match and blows them up. BS is what I think it was. Or the scene in the Church, that women smashed threw the window with a motorcycle and kills that monster. Wow more unreal BS. They should of made of Land of dead Style or Dawn of the dead style. With No fast camera angles and no unreal defieying grafivity and physical law Fake shit in it. Plus on top of that the story line is really messed up now. With the each game giving a different story line and with the movies it doesn't make any sense now. My 2 cents on REsindent evil 4 the game. WHere is Umbrella and the Zombies!?! The game wasn't even resident evil in my opinion, it was another game with just resident evil slaped on the cover!

Wow, thats cool. No why did rockstar do that in the first place. I;m sure this mod doesn't do this. But using this idea it would be cool, if the vechicles did not blow up easily by gunfire. (Or not at all from it. Only the gas tank) SO then you can go inside the camper and have a shoot out inside of it. By shooting out the windows.

I never use the Mod installer for cars just txd for pedestrians or buildings. I've had this prob too before. I install a car and then the game freezes upon loading usually just right about 99% might be a bad mod or it replaced the wrong dff and txd who knows since you used a mod installer you won't know what went wrong.

Where'd you get those police vehicles? I want them! You know you can embedd the video into a webpage. Just find a script for it.
