Never actual heard of parents actual using the esrb rating system. That would be a first, What sucks even more. where I live in canada alot of the stores ask for ID when you buy mature rated games and some new laws are being made to make this provicial law. good thing I'm 20 so I don't have to worry about it. I took a look threw my video game librariy and all my games are heres all the games I own. Maxpayne:fall of max payne resident evil code veronica resident evil outbreak resident evil outbreak file 2 metal gear solid 2 sons of liberty----very good game syphon filter 1, 2, 3, and 4. gta2 gta3 gta vice city 2 copies (ps2 and pc) gta san andreas soccom 2 master of orion 2 hitman:codename47 command & conquer: zero hour gangsters 2 simcity 4 age of empires age of kings. myst 3 and final fanstasy x-2 did I forget any? oh crap theres more. but I do'nt feel like postin em. kinda waste money after it adds up

This is for differences between vice city and san andreas. do not post differences between the map size please. Okay heres is some things I noticed that are improvements from vc to sa. Say in vice your driving and your door on the opposite side is open. You have to stop the car get out walk around and get in threw that door to close it. In Sa all you have to do is swerve your car a bit and the door will close shut. In vice if your on top of a car and use your puch kick move you'll just punch in the air. In sa if your on top of a car and use your punch kick move you'll stomp the car, making the driver freak out and he'll start driving like a maniac to get you off the car roof. anybody else notice any improvements

Sorry if my hunch was wrong. The only reason I thought this was becuase Antiz and C.O.D both joined around the same time frame. Antiz joined 1:54 and cod joined 2:23 am yesterday. *if I log out it says antiz joined 9:54

well I tryed again: I try to upload different formats like a jpg, png and bmb each were under 1mb and still no luck. I even made sure they were'nt on read only if that would make any difference. Does imagelodge send a email to your email account to activevate your account, I can't remember if it did or not. If thats the case then my spamfilter eat it.

Here's a good question: What happened to the guys at R* who put the nude programing in San andreas. becuase it cost rockstar 28 million dollars to recall all of the games. I don;t own a pc version of yet but is the nude girlfriend txd's in the img file of san andreas.? Thats probly how the coffee mod got discovered. some guy was looking around in the img files and found it. and was like "ah the oh waht do we have here"so he decided to crack it and make the coffee. wtf:Idon't if that made sense but i don't feel like retyping it

Sometimes this happens when the disc itself is defective. try returning it to the store for another copy.

Ya i imagine that by now people have already been messin around with camhack with the cutscenes. But how do see the interior of sonny's with a rocket launcher? Becuase the interior will disapear after the cutscence is over and during the cutscecnes the camera is locked (unless of caurse you use camhack ). I'll try to find something else nobody knows yet.

Chris I tryed imagelodge to upload an image to show in the forums but it would"nt upload. It was right file size and format. got any ideas why it would'nt upload. *added to not double post* Well I guess your a busy person chris. I'll try again. next time to get it to upload but last time I waited up 2min to upload 800kb picture. theres no way such small file should take so long. There must be an error on my part or the server. but as I said before i made sure it was'nt over the upload limit of 1024kb and right format like jpg. oh well...

FOOLING AROUND WITH CAMHACK I DISCOVERED SOMETHING ROCKSTAR MEANT FOR US NOT TO SEE. It was very funny the first time figured this out click on the image to enlarge it then. then click on image again so the jpg enlarge icon will appear in the corner of the picture click on the icon to enlarge it so you actual can see the picture. I tryed imagelodge but it would'nt upload it so i will post it this way. *image removed

How about something simple: like when your steal an idle car you have to hotwire it. or learn hoe to unlock locked car doors that would be cool

Rockstar may put it on the ps2, pc or other consloes but i doubt it. They are probly more concerened about next year when ps3 comes out so are probly going to be working on a improved game engine with better AI and etc graphics. But there is chance they may have time in the future to make a pc version of liberty city stories becuase it would'nt be fair if some of us missed out on the storyline becuase we don't wanna pay 200 dollars for a psp ( i live in canada thats how much it costs here.) (Oh ya plus 15% tax) plus the price of the game plus tax again. The only downside to this whole new console thing is when they make the new games and they come out on pc alot of us are going to have to pay some big bucks to upgrade our computers. Like buying a blue ray disc drive god only knows how much that'll cost.

Thats what I did'nt like about san andreas it was'nt about mafia stuff. It was about stupid gangster crap. It was more directed towards an audience interested in rap culture. but still was a good game. sorry if this is sorta

Heres something sorta funny but off topic. I was looking threw the gta3.img file in vice city. And I came across a txd file named "shipthisgamenow". I looked in the file, there was nothing in it relating to how it was named. The guys at rockstar must of put that in there as a joke or something. Or maby it was named that becuase it was the last txd file made before they were finnaly done?

Ya I once tryed to make the cop look like arnold swarzenager I center it perfectly. But in the game the cop looked like crap. best thing to do is get some textures from another game by some other tool and use those textures on top of the original. Or use some textures from other characters in the game, they have to be centered perfectly. so use the original a guideline.

Well you could always go into the img file and extract tommy's txd files for is clothes and make your own if you don't like them. But its not easy becuase if you do it wrong it he'll look messed up wearing it.

Here you can post any pictures or stories of funny moments that happened while playing Gta. I start off. Awhile ago I was in the malibu club in vice city. I had my surrond sound speakers just cranked. listening to the music in there. THen I proceded to the bar. JUmped behind the bar and walked around it for sec. Then I walked over to were that guard is in the hall. Then all of sudden the bar women shot me with a spaz 12 The noise of it startled me becuase I was'nt expecting it. I fell back in my chair and a fell backwards with the chair and wacked my head on a table that was behind me Soon after I took a aspiren and was pissed off. But after a few minutes I started thinkin about it and I had a good laugh. just like the old saying about looking back at stuff that was'nt so funny then, is very funny now

I'm not to fond of rap either but there is some songs I like. Mainly the undergroud stuff and oldies. like 2 pac. some of this new rap out there is just has a bunch a nonsense lyrics about smoking weed , bitches bling bling and senseless violent gestures.

Well I think this forum just about had its run. Not much else to debate. Seems to be heading into more of a chat line. But this was a good forum. There should be a special forum for this type of topic and it should be ######. Rules would be: Only give a breif explanation and your ideas in point form. after a while mail to rockstar. This woud be a excellent idea for whoever can make a ###### forum. I know there was one similair called gta4 wishlist but that forum was all messed up because its not in point form. for example point form is: *cars need bullet holes *cars that you can fill up with gas *houses can get damaged *sewer lids can ripp off and you can go in the sewer *etc...

Akuma your a hard person to please. But why don't you tell us WHAT YOU THINK WOULD BE BETTER. for upcoming gta games. and don't bs us by saying some smart remark. Putting something intelligent in rather then being a critic to other people's ideas would be nice for a change.

Lump it or like but realizism is were its going. Like video games started from 4 bit graphics. like pac-man. now look at games it keeps gettin more and more real. and ps3 will be using blue ray disc and it can hold like 50 gigabytes or something around there on it. So thats a whole lot of game. So rockstar will probly change the game engine to take advatage of such a generous disc. And about it being unrealistic killen all the cops ya it is. But what irrates me about the cop thing. Is say i'm being chased with 2 stars and jump into a alley find a idle car go inside and drive out normaly. and they did'nt see me would'nt I lose the heat? This is the kinda stuff gta needs and its not going to be possible with that old game engine their still using to make the gta games.

Actual when I played gta san andreas. I got to the mission were you fly to liberty city and kill some mafia dudes at st.marks bistro or whatever it was called. I thought I was going to beable to go to liberty city. But I soon was disapointed to find out I could'nt. It was just some mission there and back. So ya that would be cool if they made a gta that connects the states by planes.
