For burglar missions? It's near the Ganton Gym in Ganton, just follow the coul de sac road from your safehouse (Johnson's House) to the Ganton Gym. Now across the gym is a set of apartments. And near the apartments is a Black Boxville.

Some of those characters will be quite old, because Claude lives in the 2000s, and some of the oldest ones (including Toni, Tommy, and the Vances) must've lived near the 1980s. But hell, who cares?
