Well I don't cheat during missions (takes the fun away) but I have used the ninja cheat a few times, and thats a pretty cool cheat

I agree that you should be able to give your recruited gang members weapons. It was quite annoying in SA when I could kill about 10 gang members on my own in the time it took all my gang to kill one policeman
