Mine is CJs house. Its got spray cans, cameras and a lot of weapons if you've collected all the tags, plus a few nice vhicles spawning nearby

The sea skimmer is probably your best bet for that, you can find one near the boating school. I don't know if one player flys while the other shoots but as far as I know its the only 2-seater plane/heli with weapons

Yeah I get one of these every half hour or so, but my disc is really badly scratched up

I'd have to say the first option as the pictures you take with cameras tend to have scan lines

I hardly ever mod vehicles, because I always end up destroying them after about 30 seconds

I also hate the hydra, as I find it really hard to fly

You can get the minigun from Torenos place(after completing his missions), in the South-East of LV in the North East of LV(just SW of the army fuels place). You can get the katana from El Quebrados, In South LV (Just opposite of the Come-a-lot casino), East LV (the place with two food shops and a clothing shop), in the centre of LS (just west of your house) and in Chinatown.

I think you might get it for getting all golds in flying school, and you get it delivered to Grove Street after 100%

I thought the ending was quite good, as you tied up most of the loose ends. I'm currently at around 70% on my game (haven't done the final mission yet on this game)

I personally prefer the area around Grove Street, as there is very little police presence and lots of drug dealers to kill

I went into Area 69 this morning as I heard there were some thermal vision goggles there (but couldn't find them even after 10 minutes driving around). I rode in on a sanchez and just drove all round the base looking for the goggles and trying to find a way to get to the tank. I then climbed one of the guard towers, jumped over the fence and sprinted for the tank. I got in and then drove back to the abandoned airstrip and put the tank in my garage

My favourite plane is the one you have to fly to Liberty City in, my favourite helicopter is the Sea Skimmer
