another way to get one is in one of the first mission when you have to arm an wr. whoopie with a bomb and place it at atlantic quays instead of parking it in atlantic quays drive to your save house park it in your garage blow it up and voila you have a mr.whoopee. hope it helped you.

i think the only way is to downgrade your firmwire

you are tryng to mod cars but how do you open the GTA3.img file, when i try to open i i get a message that sais that gta3.dir is missing. did you have that error to? and if you did you did you fix this? Thanks in advance
