Yes. Search the file your going to replace. Extract it, and add the new one. But do make a backup of the gta3.img file, or even the just the full models folder. That way you won't have to fully re install if it does get f'ed up. And before you close IMG tool, you have to rebuild archive.

You don't have to put it on the desktop. If you already have the user files it won't be overwritten.

Alot. Like something in Germany can get 1 mb per second from Rapid Share, I have to potential of 5 mb p second but only get 400 kb per second from Rapidshare.

I think you'd have to edit the 3d model for that. So nothing that an ordinary person can do.. (assuming none of use can make a model)
