Theres already a CBR somthing that looks almost exactly like that. Just a bit chromier, but i think the reflections on the model have a bug. But look on gtagaming.com and it will be in the vehicles section.

Make it so that they have an animation of feeling the spot where the dart hit, and then turning into a ragdoll and falling over. it would be cool to tranquilize somone thats on top of a bulding(sightseeing I hope, or you could be doing them a favor) and then watching them fall off the bulding after stumbling off the gaurd rails. and then going to the bottom and seeing there torn up body and everyone staring at the body.

how about take out the ragular affter animations and have ragdoll. euphoria ragdoll(reacts with different objects) but still have animations that the people make, not there deaths(like if they feel there wound and look down while falling down ragdoll mode)

how about 2 mounted m60s and one big rotating gun on the bottom of the swat heli, and one guy with an m16 out the window of the police maverick

why cant there be skateboards in 4? why did they put motorcycles in? why couldnt u just play some motoracing game?why are there bikes in the game? why dont u just play dave mirra? why are there cars? why couldnt you just play nfs? why are there planes? why couldnt u just play a flight simulator? so i guess skateboarding could happen. its not too unreasonable. and it wouldnt be stupid either. in my city, when i go outside i see about 35 times as many skateboards as i do motorcycles, and like 5 times as many as bikes. i see a motorcycle about ever few days. and a skateboard like 6 times a day. and in SA you see like 50 of them in 5 min. they should make motor cycles less populated, but make them alot better than before. like faster and more handling and easier stunting. that would be cool... er.

i think so too. but they sed in the readme and the section its for san andreas. and it has the txd files for san andreas.

no its a wierd glitch in sa. the button configuration is messed up. they forgot to put lock on aim in it. in the mission with smoke where u go to... ummm.... the first guy u can buy guns from, and he teaches you how to shoot stuff, it sez "right clikc to lock on" and then u right click and it manual aims so then w/e and you shoot the bottle. then it sez "once you have locked on, scroll our center mouse button to switch through targets to lock onto" then you right click and scroll, and nothing happens. that part relaly pissed me off to see that san andreas could have been so much easier to beat. its not a controller problem. its the game.

i dont think u can make a gif in a txd. it would be possible i think tho. somhow.

in fnftd they do have already powerful cars. they have no civics in it. the only crappy car, that is actually really relaly good, was the mr2 i think. this movie has like relaly relaly expenisve 200 thousand dollar cars. like bow wow has like 8 really really nice cars in his garage.

i personally want it to be 2000 and up. i dont like being stuck back in the 70s they sucked. now we have so much cool stuff and cool cars and more things to do. no oldies.

when i went to the body bag place(or so i think) it was on fire... it was sorta scary cuz the truck was also rolling and went into the fire and blew up like 30 seconds later. i dont know if there was a person in it but i didnt get a screenshot. if u go next to catalinas house, there are a bunch of graves that say love things on them. like when she shoots claude. hmmm. how about we kill the point of GTA3 and kill her. teehee.

how about and m16 upgrade for the m4 and a grenade launcher(how can u have a rocket launcher on a rifle?) upgrade for the m16.
