I think you meant LC Rashon, LCS don't have Radio's in LCS Police Vehicles, you don't really hear it. The DEA, I think have got Radio's, I'm not that sure though. And the same for Barracks OL, They might not have it either.

I think Rockstar Games must of thought of the Idea where if you cheat, you criminal rating decreases, it's not a bad Idea if you ask me, next time when I start the game again, I might not cheat.

I might as well do the first mission, then start roaming around afterwards. But really, There could be lots of things to do when your not really doing any missions.

I'm right now 'Don of all Liars' Which I think is quiet far from reaching the top. Eventually If I find all the Red Ballons, do Vigilante Missions, and all the side missions, I will reach a higher criminal rank.

Well the thing is, they might make some new gangs up, I wouldn't recommend having old gangs from previous GTA's to come in GTAIV, besides new gangs are much better than having former gangs.

Firstly, I would Roam around just to get famillier with the places, after that I would just start a mission up, therefore you can get around more places ( i.e Island, shops, Gun stores, if they have it firstly in GTAIV ). But in most games like GTA3, VC, SA you usually start on a mission where you have to get back to your safehouse or do some driving for some contacts.

I saw Gta-Junkies, If any of them are in a gang, they have their own pips. But I like the pips we have now, there would be no point of changing them though.
