I got so frustrated with this mission, when I was attempting to complete the game without cheats. I almost cheated as its was so annoying. So if your not cheating then persistance is the answer. If you want to cheat this is what I do: Have a sub machine gun Dont go on the bike but spawn a jet pack and fly over to the train. Dont land on it as you will be knocked off so you would have to spawn it again. Just fly above them shooting and your done when this message comes up: "Go back and collect Big Smoke"
