GTA isn't a serious game, that much we all (should) know. Joke ads make the radio stations great, and the random billboards in the street funny, if you make the game too realistic it looses it's innocent (bet JT would love the placement of this word) fun.

Forums are good enough just as they are

It depends on entirely how well its put together, obviously no one wants to particularly hear info they already know in more detail from news sites, so rather than essentially a badly read version of the latest GTA news, it could be done succesfully as a talk show highlighting different views on recent events and speculating based on (what we hope is) extensive knowledge. Just don't make it sound too corny or you'll lose all appeal.

the only time I put on a cheat in a game is when it's clocked, games get boring when you've done everything possible, cheats add something which shouldn't be possible, but is usually very entertaining

.net blending effect needs sorting out. Doesn't have enough contrast. Side gradients are dodgy, not well enough defined and to be honest fairly boring. Actual text is fairly hard to read, try changing the anti-aliasing settings Header images appear to dark, a bit brighter would be good. The fact that the background of the site and the wrap content are similar colours make it look a bit bland. Overall the design needs to be made brighter, more contrasted and generally more interesting. There you asked for improvements, can't complain if you don't like 'em

Technically he's not specified. He's merely a brother of Lance Vance. Out of consistancy (and yes the accents and appearance discrepencies between VC and VCS are being ignored,) it is common sense to assume he is Vic.

It doesn't have to be set in London, R* could simply do a GTA set in Britain which is similar to London, like the entire GTA 3 series.
