  1. This appears to have been an error. You should have been suspended for 10 days, but no unsuspend date was specified. I have unsuspended your account as the 10 days has passed. Remember that you are on your final warning, and any further misbehaviour or disruption will result in a permanent ban, with no second chances.
  2. This is quite funny, it went around inside MSFT a while ago. Firstly, it's not called GodMode. You could change the word to anything and it would still work. Secondly, it just shows all the control panel items, nothing more than that. It's just a way for programs to access those items if they need to, since you can't navigate to them using normal C:\Windows\ type paths. All those options are available if you search in the start menu, so it's not as if they're hard to get to.
  3. You need a tool called a Trainer, of which we have a few available for download.
  4. Only admins can change this. It doesn't make a difference to you, except it's what you type when you log in, and it's almost never visible to anyone else. So generally we don't do this on request, except in exceptional circumstances.
  5. If you want to make a topic/thread, you can do so. Whether it gets pinned/stickied is up to the moderators, not members. However, all SA clothing mods can simply be viewed in the Skins & Clothing section of the downloads area.

    Vote now!

The poll for Hottest Member 2009 is now open. Try and vote in for many awards as you can!
  7. This is the voting for Hottest Member 2009. Photos of entrants are below. Unfortunately, only one female member chose to enter this year, so this round of voting is male-only. All votes are anonymous, so it is impossible for anyone to see who you voted for. Vote for the member who you think is best looking, out of the ones who entered. It is not asking whether you find them attractive, just who looks better than the others. It is not "gay" to vote here. Chris Gerard Mpilk901 Nate10 Disqualified for vote-rigging. 13. That isn't as simple as you may think. What counts as maximum potential? Earning the most money? Being famous? Being happiest possible? Having loads of fun but a shit job? Working hard at the expense of fun? Having the best job? Being in charge of loads of stuff? Making the biggest positive difference to the world? Making the biggest impact? Different things are important to different people. I want an awesome job, whilst other people value fun more.
  14. You'll need to post this in the right modding forum for whichever game you are asking about so that someone can help you. Alternatively, post it in the Computer & Tech forum.
  15. The deadline for nominations is 31st December 2009 - so make sure you have all nominated by then. For those that have already nominated, make sure your posts have been completed, and that you have nominated for every position that you wish to nominate someone for. Also ensure that you have only nominated one person for each award.
  16. I was just about to yell at you for being crazy, but actually that is an interesting point. The Big Bang theory just explains what happens from the instant the bang occurs, and is surprisingly detailed for the first few milliseconds of the universe's existence - explaining how energy and matter come about. It's currently impossible to say what existed before, what started it, and what exists outside the known universe. I like the theory that says the universe actually contracted backwards in time to the single dot of infinite energy from which the big bang happened - so there was never a starting point. Life and observation as we know it could not exist, which is why that sort of event can't really be understood But I suppose intelligent design could also have started the big bang. Even if the universe was left on its own devices since the big bang, with no interference, that could be the case. I firmly do NOT believe that ANY god interferes with day-to-day human life. Praying and going to church makes no difference to the fundamental laws of physics. If you're gonna get hit by a truck or killed by TB, it's gonna happen. However, maybe something else exists that started the universe, maybe it still exists now, but it's not an old man in the sky with a jewish kid who listens to prayers.
  17. This is kinda confusing for me. My msn/wlm IM address is a non-hotmail email address. I use that for email and MSN, but it's not hotmail/windowslivemail. Are you just asking whether people's IM addresses are the same as their email addresses? Or are you asking whether they also use their hotmail/windowslivemail inbox for their main email (not just for msn)? And regarding this entire question - why? Sounds like you're just trying to trick someone into giving you their MSN address.
  18. IQ is nothing to do with education, it's meant to measure pure intelligence. Obviously it requires basic skills (reading, writing, understanding the questions), but the test is your ability to work out the answer rather than remember it from education.
  19. We've had a big problem with racism and positive discrimination at my students union (where I was an officer). CBA to explain - read here if you're interested.
  20. You would be wise to listen to that advice - coming from someone who used to spam but got better.
  21. Nope - legal age in the UK for drinking, smoking, gambling and porn is 18. Sex and marriage is 16. Driving is 17. London would be best - Paddington is the station for Chris and myself.
  22. Fuck up? Ever heard of the word random? Ever heard of a suspension? Have a 30 day one. Honestly it's no bother.
  23. I've noticed this problem as well. It just opens the topic, instead of going to the most recent post or the last unread post (which clicking the title does). Probably a problem with the rewriting of the url.
  24. Connor has got it right. There is a normal warning system for 99% of members who accidentally break a few rules. Members who deliberately misbehave just get banned. The Restricted group are the members who constantly post crap without ever improving, but where the individual offences aren't worth a ban. This is their last chance to improve before we remove them from the forum permanently.
