Petrol will be good only if it last a long itm ie half an hour, this way it won't be that annoying and having damage to the car depending where you have hit it is a good idea, but I doubt it will be put into the game

Cheats never screw up my game saves, not once at all, just gives that warning sign and saves it. But i expect the cheats on GTAIV, to be more longer becasue it will have already a lot of controls

Probably not a PC version since they are putting there efforts into the new GTAIV.

The UFO sighting seems to be a bit dodgy, it looks it might be edited but im not convinced by it.

There will definetly be a health bar imo, also they may change the way the HUD is just a little and they might use different ways to show the police are after you if you get what I mean.
