Well, i cant say ive Allied with The Shadow, but it is possibel and i will go find the description for my Gang. Here it is...
There was a time when cars ruled the night, the racers paradise. And at this time an elite group ruled them all. Xero-1 Street Racers, the fastest, the meanest, the best of them all. Started by a local street racer known to the world of racing as X, Xero-1 was known and feared by all racers. When the cops one year the from an anonymous call the cops were lead to the X-1 car shop, they were all busted. Now, a few years later, when what once was the most known racing gang around is just an empty building thought to be never used again, comes a racer known as Spaz. After being loaded with things to do, and left with no time for X-1 anymore, he passed it on to one of his elite, Skyline.
