Usually if someone/some people are being noobs, the more intellegent ones aren't gonna say much. There isn't a way to shut them up but get them kicked (via the phone) Or maybe you can mute them too? I'm not sure if you can in-game though.

Located in Algonquin, on the corner of Albany ave. and Lorimar street, is this building. There's a really cool statue and the building behind the first one is rather nice. Don't let the security booth scare you off, it's sort of like the ones at the docks. Hope ya'll enjoy this adventure (:

Go by what you think feels right. I mean, I don't know about you but I had.. emotional contact to the characters. Strange as it sounds, I went with what I felt was going to be right and ended up happy with the ending (Which was revenge, btw)

I don't have an actual picture, but this one is very accurate. Mine's covered with saran wrap for rain protection and tinfoil under that for Government protection. The ladies love it; completely owns some two car garage bullshit fullsize house.

Have you tried going to a different island and different part of town? The races won't spawn if you're too close to them.
