It depends of your screen brightness. You know some FPS games have flashlights. Some people don't understand why they put flashlights into these games because you can see clearly in the dark. Others couldn't play without them. It's because some people play with a low brightness, others with high. Try and increase your screen brightness. Then you will know why Chris says that.

No, not really. You install San Andreas. The actual game (About 5gb with audio). Then you install the multiplayer file (3,7mb) to San Andreas directory. Then you run it and find yourself a server to play in.

Don't know who to choose. I love playing their role in video games. But then again they're a bunch of criminals so it's a hard decision. Tommy maybe. At least he gets the most pleasant environment. And era.
