If it was malware that caused your hard drive to fail I highly doubt freezing it will do anything. Freezing a hard drive only helps because it contracts the metal inside of it giving you a small window of opportunity to get information off of it when it fails. If it is any kind of software issue it will not help.

Its a thriller about a terrorist trying to get a girl to help him on a plane. I'm not going to lie, the reason I probably like the movie so much is that it has one of the prettiest men in the world headbutting a girl to knock her out. That's just ... so attractive.

Nah, its me who gets her panties in a twist over stuff like this (its not that hard to find the right section to put your post in, ... it should have been posted under computer and tech). Anyways, I have heard from people who have tried freezing their crashed hard drive that it really does work. If you cannot afford anything else why not give it a try? You also might be able to take it to a small computer store in your area (I find that they usually actually know what they are talking about and can do more complicated things and don't try to bullshit through it like chain computer stores) and see if they can help. They will probably be cheaper than a data recovery company.

Umm ... I've been playing GTA since I was in intermediate school. We just play the game. Why would we care that the main character is a male? Does that mean we weren't supposed to play Sonic, Mario, or Zelda while we were growing up? Does that also make Portal a girly game that men are not allowed to play?

I thought Tucker and Dale Vs Evil was pretty funny. The hangover was pretty good too, but I don't think it has much re-watch value. Then again neither does Tucker and Dale... I guess I would have to go with Clerks 2 then >:3

Am I the only loser with a mac? I'm currently using OSX 10.5. On my old windows I am using XP professional edition because it won't be able to handle anything better. -.-

I have been really wanting to play this, but both my computers are dinosaurs now and cannot run it. I am supposed to be getting a new one soon, hopefully it will run on that. I'm glad to hear it is good Games that make me want to wet myself are my favorites.
