I'll give you a little tip, cross into Shai-Gen territory, secure a supply point & wipe out one of the guys that has a rocket launcher (It should have "Lock on") & get it back to the supply point. Been a while since I've had dreams like that, usually a panicked evacuation just before a nuclear attack. But I keep hoping......

So, what can I do about it? Is there any way to get these clowns banned (or better yet, make their console blow up ala 7 of 9 on Star Trek Voyager). In a fair fight, I can accept that someone's better at a game. This just pisses me off.

So after all this time, I finally start playing around w/ Saint's Row multi-player. I meet a few people, have a little fun... Then I notice something. Some of the people move unusually fast, seem to come out of nowhere & last night I shoot a guy in the face w/ a rocket launcher (close enough to hurt myself) & he doesn't even get a scratch. WTF?!?! My room mate plays a lot of HALO & is always going on about kids who got ahold of a "mod chip" for their X-box. Is there anything like this for the 360 & what can I do about it? Using a cheat in an off-line game is one thing, but this is a load of crap. How are they doing it & how can put an end to it?

Make sure the READ ONLY bit is unchecked for your GTA3.IMG (right click, properties).

No food fights this year. Look on e-bay, I just scored a bunch of 2-day XBL gold codes for $1. On XBL I'm URBANOUTLAW5150, have been doing Saint's Row & CRACKDOWN. Right now I'm declining multi-player on CRACKDOWN until I complete it, kept getting people w/ maxed-out agents coming in & killing off my bosses. In a week or so, I'll have the game completed & will be accepting guests.

Take a minute & read the rules, especially the part about downloading games. That kind of thing has gotten people banned pretty quick.

Started doing MP Saint's Row & CRACKDOWN. Headed to SR now.

After the map is fully opened (PS2) there is Maverick on a heli-pad by the stadium downtown.

They look like a cheap kid's toy car. As for gas mileage, as long as the car has plenty of power, larger wheels will increase the MPG. The problem is that the car's suspension is usually locked in place & the ride is like a low-rider. Once again, the streets are blocked w/ crapwagons that can only go 20-25 MPH (30-40 KPH). They're showing up in the Midwest, too.

That's probably for the best, otherwise you sound "practiced" & it usually comes off like a bad pickup line.

Aside from day to day stuff, CRACKDOWN (X-360). Worth the money.

On the this site? There is a store that you can buy things; cars, boats, weapons, etc. Right now it's not well stocked as the system is getting an overhaul. The items are used for gangwars. Look at STORE for more details.

1 - Be yourself. If you don't, they figure it out soon enough & tend to be pissed. 2 - If you know what makes someone laugh, do it. Offsets some of the awkwardness of meeting someone. 3 - Relax & let things happen, don't rush or force thing. Spontaneous is good.

Right now, I'm pretty annoyed w/ people running "mod chips" in online X-box games. Bad form, do it honest or get out.

Noticed the original question never got answered. The "lockup" is on the water front (behind the building from the street) in Little Haiti, facing west.

Look for LASER.DFF & .TXD in the GTA.IMG file. If you're new to modding, look at the tutorials & read the "README" for your new rifle & remember step 1 - STEP 1: ALWAYS BACKUP EVERY FILE YOU PLAN TO EDIT!!! I have a great looking Dragonov SVD I replaced it w/ & those were the files I had to extract & replace.

Overall favorite vehicle is the Maverick. If a car fits someplace, I can probably land the Maverick there. But that's not a car or bike so my official answer would be the Sanchez, I can take that almost anywhere.

For gang, the Vance Family (my crew). For gang vehicle, the Angel. Just tend to lean toward the bikes.
